Hey Mari, what happened to the real doggie, the cartoon is back? I watched some of the Milwaukee webcast too. Came on just as Anthony was about to skate. Someone else fell and took him out, the next thing you know, he's leaving the ice before the restart. I hope he wasn't hurt. aaosmts19 wrote:Maybe we should start a new thread for watching those......"ISU World Championships REvised.... The Way Life Should BeThat says it all doesn't it? I'm hopeing third time is a charm for the streaming video tonight.

Does the relay determine the outcome of who gets world champion? Ruff, the relays are not taken into account when determining the overall individual standings.

Hey Mtme... I have NO idea where my real dog went. It some sort of subversive plot. Thanks for trying. I'll keep playing with it.

I don't see any "LIVE FEED" messages on the ISU website, so I guess nothing's happening quite yet. While we're waiting - have you checked out where the teams are staying? It's crazy: english.esuncruise.com/

According to the previously posted schedule...the 1000 m should have started 10 minutes ago. I'm ready...except for finding a live feed. Saturday, March 8th, 2008 5:20PM (Pacific); 8:20PM (Eastern)1000 m Ladies and Men session 10:30PM (Pacific); 1:30AM Sunday (Eastern) 3000 m Super Final Ladies and Men session 11:10PM (Pacific); 2:10AM Sunday (Eastern) Relay Ladies and Men Final AWARDS CEREMONY The ISU homepage, however, has the start time listed as 12:45 Korean local time...which is 10:45 Eastern time www.sportresult.com/federations/ISU/ShortTrack/Good thought to go there and check, Sk8on; I took a look...are we not at the bottom at 12:20? Meaning 10:10 Eastern? If that's true, man this is going to kill me.

Another "while we're waiting" moment... Can someone go thru the use of the 3000 again? I know it has soething to do with tie breakers, right? So what determines if one is run, who races it, and what happens with its scores?

It's pretty funny, if you think about it....here we are all huddled together 1/2 around the world from them, staring at screens, watching Korean TV, and they haven't arrived at the rink.
