P.S. It's fall folks! time for those colorful photos- so get out those cameras and take a drive! (special emphasis on you folks who live in New England! You know who you are!!!) I live in NE, and this is about as good as the color is so far this fall- pretty much no change yet. Today was the first day in the past 2 weeks that wasn't in the 70's- 80. Sorry for the shamless pic here- my kids with their daddy walking along the tractor trail to go and pick some apples.

Gorgeous pics, Mtnme. Mental note: "Must take trip to Lake Tahoe" And Tynormen, you're three princes' and little princess look cute! From Nova Scotia - our beautiful Fall foliage. These pics are from last year, but we always see the same bright colors each year. For some unknown reason, the scene is even more breathtaking out there this year! This picture is from Cape Breton, which hosts our Celtic Colours International Festival.

Beautiful pics mtnme, lexi and ty! No change in leaves here in Phoenix yet, actually we don't get much of that during our fall season, usually the leaves just die and fall off. Northern Arizona has some pretty fall scenery I'm sure by now. But the good news for us is that the temps have dropped a little to the low 90's, yes I know thats summer for some of you but to us its nice compared to the 110+ temps we had. I'm so ready for winter to be here!

Thanks to everyone for sharing your great pictures! mtnme--all your pics really could be postcards, like #1fan said. Those pics of the sunset are just gorgeous! ty--great pic of your kids and hubby! I don't know if we'll have much color this fall here in PA either. Yesterday was the first day in the last couple weeks that it hasn't been in the 80's. It's usually not that hot here in October. lexi--those colors are incredible! I can't imagine it being even better than that this year...wow! angelina--you're so lucky to live in Hawaii! Your beach and sunset pics are really beautiful. lily--your pics are always great! You've been to so many fantastic places. btw, that eagle is really cool ...

Mtnme, You do have a great life... living there in the beautiful Lake Tahoe region! I see the snow on the trees and I hear there will be more... soon!
I know you enjoy the great outdoors... one of these days I'll post some pics from the Colorado Rockies... and then Europe too.
Lexi, I love your Nova Scotia pics... and, yes, we have been to Baddeck (I hope I spelled that right)! Cape Breton/Cabot Trail was our favorite place on the east coast of Canada. I have a ton of photos but those were taken with my SLR film camera and they are not scanned. I'm so glad I bought a SLR digital camera; it's so much easier to upload.

Hey Angelina, I didn't know you were here recently! Northstar is one of my favorite places to ski. (Also did a moonlight snowshoe hike there, which was amazing!) Lilyover70. Well, yes, living up here is wonderful and I do have a rather nice life. Just wish I had more free time...well, all good things in time!
