Wow, mntme, beautiful pics! I really didn't know anything about Tahoe before seeing your pics this past year. What a gorgeous place to live! Though I think I could do without some of the extra feet of winter snow.

Doesn't this remind you of the boat scene in "On Golden Pond"? I can hear the joyous music to it in my head right now. Mtnme - Beautiful Lake Tahoe pics again... THANKS! ;D The water is certainly a gorgeous "cobalt blue"!! Plus, this pic reminds me that ski season will be upon us in a few months... LOL.. I know some of you don't like/want the snow, but in this pic, my favorite Tahoe ski mountain is in the background. That verticial bare-spot in the mountains (just above the left of the boat) is the super-steep "Gunbarrel" run at Heavenly Ski Area! Above that run, all the way at the top of the mountain, you can see some bare trails... that's where we like to 'hang out'!

wow great photos mtnme. I spent a week in Vail this summer but most of my photos are filled with grandbabies doing something cute.. It was really nice to veg out in the mountains. Also caught a Rockies game on the way out. Now I can look forward to Salt Lake in OCT!

AOFreak - I enjoyed your pictures from Hollywood. I vacationed in LA with my family during the '84 Olympics. I'm sure a lot has changed since then, but your pics brought back a lot of great memories. I also recall us spending way toooo much time looking for famous graves at various cemetaries. How morbid is that? I suppose that where you find a lot of tourists. It's a wonder I'm not traumatized today. Mtnme, as usual, your pics are breathtakingly BEEAAUUTTTIIFFFULLL!!

Fabulous pics mtnme. I've heard about the new trend in letting a tub full of small fish give you a pedicure. I always knew you were on the cutting edge of fashion!

Well, what I lack in sports photography and skater pictures, I make up for in scenics. I came back home to 'Fall'. That didn't take long, did it?.

Beautiful! I am going to try and take a couple pics of the bluffs when the leaves change. It's very pretty during autumn in Calhoun County.
