No, my car was dented a little from baseball size hail, but we were lucky. A tornado was spotted a mile east of the town I live in.

Federal Emergency Management Agency. There was a big controversy about FEMA during the aftermath of Huricane Katrina and Rita. Fema took far too long to respond. I dont know what went wrong. I dont know how long the director at the time was on his job. During our hurricanes in Florida, Fema was instantly there, but then again, we have a huge base here on site because of the strong possibility of a hurricane hitting. They didn't have an excuse at all for the Katrina disaster. But I would like to think they have learned their lessons from this.

I hoped you knocked on wood after you wrote that Krysten. Thay are always talking about the big one. But I sure hope it doesn't happen anytime soon. I am afraid that if we have a disaster as big as a major earthquake in California, it will be the economic destruction of the U.S., not to mention Apolo is there, I wouldn't want him to got through that.

I live in Florida, West Palm Beach to be exact, and last night, down in Boyton Beach (I swear I am telling the truth) this house just exploded. Neighboring homes had their windows blown out by the shock waves, and there is still an unknown cause to what caused the blast. Kind of scary. Also, there were like bullets and fireworks going off too from the enferno.

So far, I havent heard anything negative about it, it's just people are a little on edge from it. Last thing you'd expect at 8:30 at night is to have the house down the street explode.

I hate storms!!! ( My car has a few dings in it thanks to a huge storm we had today. The further south in town, the larger the hail. There were a few funnel clouds spotted, but thank God, none touched down.
