Wow Kristi was awesome, the best she has ever been! ;D I've loved all her dances but her freestyle was the bomb!

I felt like Jason and Edeyta's freestyle was more of a strip tease than a dance. And Cristian's freestyle was fun but not enough wow factor for me.

But all the cha cha's were great, of course they saved the best one for last. That lift at the end with Kristi was a cool surprise! ;D

I think it's going to be between Kristi and Christian, but I want Kristi to win.

i don't know about y'all but i really enjoyed watching the couples perform their chacha one right after another to the same song.

for me it showcased the pros choreography or lack of and magnified each celeb's strengths and weaknesses.

choosing the cha cha was fair for all imo...that dance is one of the easier latin ones...a dance that should be fun, cheeky and looser (meaning not as technical).

second place is up in the air...

i better go vote online for kristi & mark...you can't assume.

I agree with number1....loved the 1 dance that showcased the 3 in cha-chas. And loved the fact that at the very end each of the 3 contestants ended up in front of their dance partners, with Cristian and Jason giving Kristy a huge boost in the air (sort of reminded me a bit of a cheerleading lift).

It looked like they all enjoyed the event, and so didn't the judges.

Last night, Kristi won hands down, earning a 60. Is she the first one to get 2 perfect scores? It is what Apolo was striving for but never attained, thanks to Len.

Her 2nd dance was incredibly energetic, although I do feel like they ran out of steam the last 15 seconds or so (who could blame them?).

The other guys just weren't up to it in their second dance. I felt that Cristian had run out of gas and was just maybe worn down by all of the extra effort and pain he endured the past few weeks.

I didn't think that Jason's choreography was very technical, given the fact that it was the finals.

It should be Kristi, hands down, but its all in the hands of the fans, so who knows. Can girl power reign again? If she loses, that opens up a whole other conversation about women winning.

The show was great last night! I too liked seeing the couples dancing the cha-cha one right after another. Kristi's two dances were by far the best, and she should definitely win.

I cracked up at Len's thong comment and then at Bruno's "Okay, I'm not gonna have dinner toniiiight..." Yeah Len, thanks for putting that image in all our heads.

And I just have to get this out - I sooooo want a body like Edyta's.

I know..I didn't want that image in my head from Lens thong comment. Even my Mommom laughed. I didn't hear Bruno say that comment about not having dinner but that just makes it that much more funnier.

WOW!!! I went to do my voting on the ABC website, and you wouldn't BELIEVE the meltdown over there on the forums about Kristi. At least 20 threads devoted to "she's a ringer, because she figure skated, She shouldn't win, the show is rigged".

As my very knowledgeable GA sisters know, a skater and a dancer are not even close to being the same thing, and peeps there are so unknowledgable (and too lazy to educate themselves before they shoot off their mouths) , they don't know the difference from a dancer, a single skater, pairs skaters, ice dancers - or circus acrobats for that matter. (which a pairs skater is definately closer to than a dancer....)

Kristi was clearly the best, so I hope you all did your voting last night, no matter who you voted for, just so the truly clueless (and meanspirited) didn't smack her out of the ball park just because they're ignorant.

My Kudos to the top three, although I would have been happy to make it four and had Mario in that mix last night too. The ones who deserved to dance in the finals, did. Nuff said.

No, Laila and Joey got perfect 60s (everytime I watch that episode it makes me mad). I don't remember about the other seasons.

I got my online votes in just fine but could never get thru on any phone beginning at the start of the program and continuing til it shut down. d**n. so frustrating. I'm on a good chat group during the show and only one other person, in Chicago, could not get in on Kristi's line. West coast had no problems. Kristi showed such class and dedication every week and her partner, Marky, is superb in every sense. She deserves this win. I adore Jason and Cristian and their teachers, but Kristi has been the best I've ever seen, on any of the DWTS shows, here and in England and Australia. Considering how I feel about Apolo, that's a BIG concession. Kristi and Mark for the win tonite!!!!!

Yes!!! I haven't been that nervous since Apolo in Season 4! But, I would've been happy either way!

I am so happy they won! Finally another female winner! And did you hear that she said something similar to what Apolo said when he won? She said something about the trophy being the "icing on the cake" and Apolo said the same thing that the trophy is the "icing on the cake" because it was his birthday. Is it a Olympic gold medalist thing? LOL

I was hoping that Apolo would be sitting in the post winners seats but no Apolo. I hope he was watching somewhere, his good friend win, I know he's so proud of her.
