The Rum Diary by Hunter Thompson Isn't Johnny Depp supposed to do a movie about that book? I know they were friends with each other..I felt bad that he died..Johnny was such good friends with him.  He did Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas..I have that on VHS. |

The Rum Diary by Hunter Thompson Isn't Johnny Depp supposed to do a movie about that book? I know they were friends with each other..I felt bad that he died..Johnny was such good friends with him. He did Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas..I have that on VHS. Last I heard that becasue of the writer's strike most movies are on hold if the scripts were not finished. This is one of them. He actually has two movies on hold but appears to be going to do another one in March '08 to be filmed in Chicago. Something about gangsters. Didn't Johnny pay for his funeral? I've never seen FALILV. The bits I did see did not interest me though I have seen many other JD films. Did you hear that Laura? JD is going to be in Chicago.  |
