I just finshed reading "Go ask Alice." That book is so sad. Poor Alice or whatever her real name was.

"Smoke Jumper" by Nicholas Evans...a torturous modern-day love story set in the wide open spaces of Montana. In the tradition of The Horse Whisperer (same author).

I'm a CNN junkie and so I just finished reading Anderson Cooper's "Dispatches from the Edge" - a wonderful read.
I've now started reading "The Secret".

I have been reading "The Memory Keeper's Daughter" by Kim Edwards, it has been on the best seller list. This summer I also read "Flags of our Father's", and "The Road" which I would not recommend. I Have also been reading off and on a historical novel called " Washington's Crossing". by David Hackett Fischer, a Pulitzer Prize winning book. It is about the Revolutionary War. I like it because it discusses areas that are familiar to me since I lived in NJ most of my life and moved to PA a few years ago.

I just read a couple of pages and I'm beginning to like it so far!
