Thanks Crims. Unfortunately there seems like there are always forms of racism out there but I think what helped me is when I saw all of the positive and wonderful aspects of each part of me (Russian, Mexican, French) was when I truly embraced my heritage (and ignored the derogatory) and now I have a wonderful peace. That is what is also wonderful about Apolo...the reason we are all here.  He is able to preserve his heritage, which is something that I wished I did when I was younger and not till my 20s. |

Well, I am the "ultimate" American "mutt" story. My mom's side of the family: Scots-Irish, French and English, my dad's side: Mostly Spanish BUT...he and his parents were born in Mexico and mixed with the indigenous Indians there ( the Ximimacs, I believe), so there you have me. But yeah, as I said, America IS the good ol' melting pot. It'd be nice if MOST people remembered that!  |

America has all ethnicities there are in world.....it doesn't surprise me coz the country is big and there are a lot of things to do....

Amarica sells an image and thats why theres so many people here, i mexican and italian and whole bunch of other stuff look but look white, and thing about america is that there is not specific race except Native Americans and well we wiped them out in a huge long genocide (which are country refuses to admit), like mexico has its own race sorta kinda sorta, its just weird race is weird i shouldnt matter, i dont even think race realy exists except for in our minds realy so someone has pinky tany skin and another is brownish or whateverish that has nothing to do with the person because race has little to do with who we are its just how we are raised
