I have a question...remember that I have said that I am not the most computer savvy individual so what I am about to ask may sound silly to many of you but I need help so I thought that this would be a good place to ask. How can I spruce up profile? How in the world can I add an avatar or siggy or anything like that?

To add an apolo avatar or siggy, you can go here: apolo.ap.funpic.org/thumbnails.php?album=16 but be sure to credit Nerka and Lindsey if you get one of theirs. Or, you can just get a regular picture and resize to 100x100 pixels and upload and use that as an avatar if you have editing software. For siggys you can do the same thing (you might not have to resize it, tho), just upload a pic and post it in the sig box on your profile. I hope that helps!

If you want I can make you a Turcotte sig, Shelby? Oooh, and a Turcotte blinky avatar! Or perhaps a Canadian hodgepodge like my own siggy. Basically, with Canadian hotties, the possibilities are endless!

When I put the html in for a signature picture for my profile...ie. <img src=http:// published file name of my picture.jpg"> the picture does not show up on the profile, only the format shows. Why? Do we absolutely have to join something like "Photobucket" to share pictures? I have my own domaine and web site and don't need to join something like that to publishe my photos, graphics, and pictures. Does this forum not accept html? Help!!!!

I used 2 different softwares to do mine, Paintshop Pro 7 and Adobe PhotoDeluxe Home Edition. There are features in each that I prefer over the other. Though this was the first one I ever made, I have been doing computer graphics for about 5 years and for me it was just trial and error. I am not 100% satisfied with what I have, but will use it until I come up with one I like better. As I said, I never did one with multiple pictures in it before. Sorry, I can't be more help than that.

Sorry to have to tell you this, but I purchased both the ones I use. I guess there could be some out there you don't have to pay for, but you would have to research that.
