That's cool. It's a great form of excersise too. I've been working with my friend's Arabian, getting ready for some endurance competitions, and some barrel racing, which he's totally new at. What kind of horses do your friends own Krysten?

;D Thanks Rose. Yeah, that's my Cassandra. My one and only child. I wasn't supposed to be able to have ANY children. ( See what I mean by not always believing everything doctors say? Going back to the thyroid thing for just a minute....). They do not know everything. I mean even with ALL the education, you have to remember...they are ONLY PEOPLE and make MISTAKES too, and unfortunately, on my body, too many of them! I am so glad you have her. She is a doll and I am sure she is a joy to you. Cassandra is a beaufiful name, by the way. Some time I may PM you a picture of my five little (okay, some not so little) munchkins. But to get back on topic. We have a dog (have beagle, half daushund), a cat and a zebra finch. I may see if I can post a picture some time. we don't have a digital but my Mom does.

Your horse is really beautiful, Warhorse. I haven't ridden in YEARS.
When I lived in Southern CA many MOONS ago, I had a friend I had known since 6th grade named Carla and we always on the weekends went and rode horses. She only owned one, but she kept her horses at a nearby stables that was open to the public. I always rode on one of her friends extra horses. Then, when Karla moved away to a place called Palos Verdes, she was able to keep her horse on her property and when I'd go and visit her there, I rode her brothers horse. We'd take them down to the beach. God, that was so much fun. But as I said, that was so LONG ago, but I LOVED it.
Most of my horse riding friends now, believe it or not, I know through the internet and they live in either Australia or New Zealand and they are always sending me pictures of their horses and/or the meets they enter them in. It's pretty cool. I wanna go on down to see/meet those people one day. I've always wanted to visit the "land down under" and the "land of the long white cloud." ;D

I just now saw it...LOL. Cool! Yeah, pets are great. This summer it will be time to set up the 55 gallon fishtank. My brother, when we were growing up, always had a HUGE fishtank or two in our house. And I got fascinated with watching the fish in them and all the cool stuff he had in there for them. I have the tank and the really nice oak table to put it on. Now, we need to go and get the fish, plants, gravel and filter and get to it. I can't wait to set it up. It's going to look so cool in the living room. When we get it all set up, I'll post a picture.
