Oh, I know! That is yet another great scene in LOTR. There are some great Aragorn scenes, too. I think Viggo did an excellent job playing Aragorn. No one could have done it like he did. The whole cast was "perfect" for their role.

Viggo wasn't the original cast member to star as Aragorn. Stewart Townsend was slated to play Aragorn, but the D/A bowed out, thinking the movies would flop! I bet he's kicking himself in the butt every day now!

Yes, a couple of people in my Sean Yahoo groups mentioned that movie. I can't wait to see it. I am hoping Sean has a fairly big role in it. I know he is not the main character.
I have often wondered if Stewart Townsend really regrets not following through with LOTR but for those of us who watched the movies, I think Viggo was perfect.
I have a really busy day today to I must fly. Hope to talk to you lovely ladies tonight!

Yes, I'm a huge Erik Bana fan! I watched Troy purely because he was in it! If you really love Erik Bana, check out his first movie, CHOPPER! But if you are not of age, don't please!
I wonder of they'll do a movie on Apolo? Would he play himself?

I don't know who Eric Bana or Topher Grace are. I have not watched That 70's show. *Feels very out of touch* If anyone could post a picture, I'd love to see them.
I think a movie about Apolo would be fantastic! And, no doubt about it, he should play himself!

Would I get in trouble for posting a pic up of Eric Bana? But pictures don't do him justice, you have to see him in his movies! His most memorable was Hoot, in Black Hawk Down. He also played Bruce in The Incredible Hulk and Hector in Troy! He's not in too many movies right now, but he's the hottest thing from Down Under since Russel Crowe!

As you know by now, I got the picture in my PM. Thanks so much for sending it. As I told you there, I have seen him act, I just didn't know his real name. He was great in Black Hawk Down.

Yes he was great in Black Hawk Down. I liked a lot of people in Black Hawk Down.
Have you ever seen The Bourne Supremacy? Did you know Eomer is in it?

God, you guys are all such movie media mavens! I'm so impressed reading your posts and I feel so out of it. But I'm gettin' a good education here. I'm ashamed to admit it, but I have never seen Lord of the Rings and I have never heard of half the folks you are talking about, except Elijah Wood. I remember seeing him as a kid in the movie North and thinkin' he was goin' to be a star someday.
I mostly like old classic movies. I love the old actors like Gregory Peck, Montgomery Clift, Marlon Brando, James Dean, etc. Any body else a fan?

By the way Rose, thanks for sharing your story about your children and pregnancies earlier. You are very brave to have gone through all that.

Sorry for all my quick posts, I am just catching up...
An Apolo movie staring him would be the most amazing thing ever! I hope his agent is reading this...

Thanks, Bella, for your sweet comments about my babies. I like those "old time" actors you metioned, too, Bella. In fact, I probably know a lot more about old movies than modern ones with a few exceptions like LOTR, Star Wars and Sean and Elijah movies. Please don't feel badly about not knowing all the names mentioned here. I certainly don't either! Warhorse, I have not heard of The Bourne Supremacy. It sounds like it is worth watching. If Eomer (Karl Urban...is that his name? I can't remember for sure) is in it, I am sure it worth watching.
