someone is really quick with deleting less agreeable posts on this site...yikes....
::)It was removed and I was banned within 3 minutes!!!
me thinks that site is so sugary sweet because it is soooooo strictly monitered.
BTW..I was responding to a thread questioning the sites owner charging "Red Bandana" club..for access to archives..and the "best" threads..I think 5.00 a month or a flat 25.00 fee...it was a humorous post..and it was removed within minutes. So that is why
I posted. Just to be clear

That's funny. I'm a member but I really don't post at all (I've only made one post) Thas site is soooo messy. I just go there for entertainment and to look at the pictures and to read the stories. Some of them are pretty good.

People actually have to PAY to see extra stuff on the site? Give me a break! It's one thing to ask for donations to help maintain keeping a site up, it's another thing to charge for something that isn't exclusive to the site and just to look at the archives.

Yep, you get access to archives, a custom title & unlimited karma all for $5 /month or $25/year!! Oh, and access to their red bandana forum which has...games!  I know it is so nuts!!!! |

I wondered what the Red Bandana club was all about. Well it makes perfect sense to me now why posts which present an alternative viewpoint to Apolo and Julianne as a couple are immediately deleted and members banned. This is Marketing 101. The administrator is trying to protect her prospective clients from potentially damaging information which would cut into the future viability of her product - photos of Apolo and Julianne together, which were presumably obtained at a cost of $0 which she is now selling for $5 per month per member. That's a 100% profit margin. Oh, and unlimited Karma, with the same 100% profit margin. It's incredibly capitalistic and enterprising, don't you think? Very spunky. Perhaps the administrator plans to use some of the money to maintain the site? Perhaps she will make a donation to a charity of Apolo and Julianne's choice? I find the ethical implications here rather fascinating...

I was wondering about the ethical side as well..she is selling admission to general info that can be found anywhere...and the tons of tribute videos made by her own members..and the best info?? who determines what is the best info?? go figure..I do have the original post that was made by a concerned poster and will email it to anyone who wants it..it also dissappeared quickly..its vanishing is what I was responding to.. |

I had the audacity to write that I thought it was a mistake to have deleted a certain thread and "BAM", the message was deleted and I was banned. But to stupidly make matters worse for me, I went into an alternate operating system I have in my computer and registered again under a different name. So easy. Some poor soul was asking what happened to another thread. I couldn't leave well enough alone. I had to open my big mouth again. LOL. I wrote answering her and told said, and I can quote this exactly and I'll tell you why in a minute, "What happened is severe, big time, censorship. Administrator did not like what was in it. She doesn't want any serious discussion on this board, only sweetness and life, gushy, gushy, "oh aren't Apolianne such a cute couple, and they are going to get married", exuberance. She will take out anything that doesn't follow those guidelines. And NO! you can't even discuss it." The Devil made me do it.  ;D I knew that would get me banned again. And it did. Instantly!! And now as to the reason I can quote exactly what I said. The Administrator wrote to my email addy that I had signed up with, quoted the above post, and told me that if I came back again she would Out me as the Troll.  Made my day. I haven't written he back to answer the email. Not worth the effort. But I wonder how you can Out someone who isn't in the closet. I never made my identity a secret.
