Does anyone know if the shows will be archived online like all the other ABC shows? My housemate's boyfriend took his TV to a friend's house and I have no idea when it will be coming back (even tho we are still paying for cable, lol!). I'm thinking of buying a TV, but I'd love it if they were shown online. I'll be sick if I can't watch these! Lindsey - you may want to get a tv. I read that a camera crew from ABC was following Apolo around this weekend shooting footage for the show. I don't know if you have watched DWTS before but they show stuff on each of the contestants during the reign of the show. I would hate for you to miss anything Apolo. |

Haha--the TV came back tonight! So I may be okay for the time being. I did look at TVs tonight at Walmart, so I might still get one, we'll have to see. I live with three other girls, so if someone wants to watch another show at the same time, I'll be upset! Might as well just get my own TV.  |

Apolo is officially on DWTS, they are trying to find a replacement now because already, one of the contestants has dropped out.

LOS ANGELES - Vincent Pastore, who played a tough-guy mobster in the early years of "The Sopranos,' has dropped out of "Dancing With the Stars" after a week of training. At least this time he wasn't sent off to sleep with the fishes, the fate that befell his "Sopranos" character.
"I didn't realize just how physically demanding it would be for me. Unable to put forth my best effort, I felt it appropriate to step aside and give someone else the opportunity," Pastore said in a statement Wednesday.
The 60-year-old actor had joined 10 other celebrities for the fourth season of ABC's 10-week dance competition, which returns March 19.
"ABC will be announcing a replacement shortly," said Conrad Green, executive producer of "Dancing With the Stars."
The new cast includes Olympic skater Apolo Anton Ohno, boxer Laila Ali, former 'N Sync member Joey Fatone, country singer-actor Billy Ray Cyrus and Paul McCartney's estranged wife, Heather Mills.
Mills, an activist for animal rights and the elimination of the use of land mines, will be the show's first contestant with an artificial limb.
She told TV entertainment show "Extra" in an interview set to air Wednesday that "it's very unlikely" her prosthetic leg will "fly off."
To prevent such an incident, she said she will wear a special strap. She lost her leg below the knee in a motorcycle accident in 1993[/i]

I don't think that Julianne's age will be a problem. She has lived abroad and competed internationally since she was a kid. Like Apolo, she is mature beyond her years, although just enough of the giggly eighteen year old peeks through to keep it real and to make her really charming. I think that they're going to be really charismatic together.

Maybe this has been posted somewhere else already, but has anyone seen the ads for DWTS on ABC? I think I caught a *really short* glimpse of Apolo during one of the (it's basically a pan-down to his feet)... anyone else think it's him? I "rewound" on my TiVo here at home, and I just can't tell.

Love it! I especially like the dark/light contrast between the two of them. (Susie briefly ponders the wisdom of putting highlights back in her hair. Hmmm....) Julianne looks great here, but IMO she photographs better straight on or at a slight angle. Cute dimples! Bring it on! |

OMG!!! isnt it wonderful. there's a remake of "Saturday Night Fever" in the making. Are this the promos for the film? how wonderful. the main guy does look different from John Travolta.......... wait a minute, that's that shortie from the olympics. oopss he did it again.

I wish there were more photos of them at the Access Hollywood site, but maybe there will be soon. I think they look great together. Julianne reminds me a bit of Christina Aguilera. Does anyone else think that? I think that's her engagement ring I see in the photo and have to wonder if they 'featured' it on purpose. |
