b36 - I think Hawaii's time is 3 hrs. behind SoCal time - so it depends where you're at. That would make it 2'ish there right now. According to his 'Schedule', he will be having dinner tonight with Kimo & Jan. What he does before that time - don't know. But we can best believe Apolo won't disappoint us when it comes to spectacular poses...maybe David has generously offered to be his photographer while on outings.

I'd be pleased with screencaps from whatever news coverage he gets, although I'm not sure they would cover his entire visit. Unless of course such as that is bigger news there than it would be here.

Well, let me know what you decide, 'cause I've had the same friends for years and we even go out in public together, including vacations. If it turns out that I'm a lesbian, than someone needs to let me know. And I'll have to figure out why a 24-year-old male short track speedskater runs my motor. ;)I love that, Billie. My best friend and I have been friends since...well, forever. We travel together (even though I'm married, because my hubby has to travel so much for business, he doesn't want to do it for fun), we party together, we have even slept in the same bed. No biggy. We never even thought about are we lesbians. We both love men. I don't think Apolo is gay, but if he is, fine. He has good taste in men if David is any indication, because he is a cutie.

A highly respected person working as a psychologist (or anything else for that matter) would have the right mind to think twice before compromising their career.

I would certainly like to think so Maria, particularly if they work with minors.

David is not gay and neither is Apolo. Don't worry about what one person says. I think David would enjoy figuring out what makes someone so miserable.
Just ignore the negative and incorrect comments.

Don't they surf in CA? Cause he's been staying there for months so you'd think he'd try it if he was interested.
Although the waters off Hawaii are probably more interesting--certainly clearer. I'll bet the snorkeling is great.

We snorkeld in Hawaii and it was great.
I bet Apolo would have great balance on a surf board. I hope he got to try it.

BBP, I don't think it's fair to hide behind, "I didn't mean it seriously." Try saying that to a police officer, airport security guard, flight attendant, etc., (after making an inappropriate comment) and see how far you get.
People who are single and mid-twenties or later sometimes get this kind of *&%$ -- I know because I've gotten it myself. It's tiresome. Give it a rest.

That sounds like what someone with a bi-polar disorder would do. This lovely banter will have to wait another day

I'll bet the snorkeling is great. I did my surfing in Cali. I spent one Christmas out there and I remember waking up and watching the surfers trying out their new boards on Christmas Day. My brother raved about the surfing in Hawaii, but he said that you have to watch out for the coral reefs. He also said that you have to be comfortable surfing around sharks (the vast majority of whom are not in the slightest bit interested in you.) I *love* to snorkel, and I would really like to take scuba-diving lessons. I just don't know about balance on a surfboard. I think that it's similar to the other board sports -- skateboarding and snowboarding, and I am no good at any of them, lol. Some people pick them up right away. My event in gymnastics was the balance beam, so I do have a good sense of balance -- just not on a moving board! I really hope that someone got a photo of Apolo on a surfboard -- I would "die and go to heaven" to see that. Just a few seconds upright would do it, but my guess is that he did better than that.
