ok well back to the topic of Apolo's name.....
I think that using his full name is just right. It just goes along....like Sarah Jessica Parker....it just works for some people and for others doesn't. Apolo Ohno..feels like something is missin'..IDK it's just my guess.

well yopu are correct I was just having fun with as I often do...I am curious, since we somewhat get along now..I was curious allisons reaction to apolos...living in LA and kind of changing everything around?? I will address the elephant in the room here...{and i don't mean me!!} LOL I have been so curious why apolo sought out noelle to have his info about allison filtered..and then within weeks,,made it clear he is single.. I would be interested in your opinion guest...no nonsense just a straight question.. Those are good questions but I don't have answers to them. For all I know Allison could be living in LA too. As far as Noelle and Apolo and the Allison info - when he told the people at the KD party he was bringing his g/f he didn't know the info was going to be published. When he found out it had been published and saw it on the OZ he asked Noelle to please remove it because he didn't want his private life being discussed all over the internet. Of course it was discussed. It goes back to him being very private when it comes to his private life. I know some of you have a hard time believing that but it is true. He will let you know what he wants you to know and that's it. That is why he never talked about Allison much in public, he didn't want us to know anything. I think that's one of the reasons his site is not updated more. There isn't anything he wants us to know right now. Privacy - he wants it and we want to know more. We get so excited for any little tid bit and I wish there was more but it's kind of a dry spell right now. |

Doesn't Apolo's middle name, Anton, mean precious? And isn't Allison training for long track this summer? Not in colorado, some other state, I forget the name.

Well I thought so..but not many people use first and middle name... Can sure tell you aren't from the South. It is less common now days with most of the people in Texas being from somewhere else, but using both first and middle name use to be very common. |

I changed my middle name to my maiden name when I got married and I tend to use all three names.

I think Apolo has always used all of his names, in terms of when he was racing. Now in private, like what he wrote on his school papers and such, I don't know  Laura, as far as him and his ex is concerned, I think that Guest may have a point. He is very private and likes to keep things like his dating life private. However, when he became single, then he had nothing to hide anymore, thus his openness about being single. If he starts seriously dating someone else again, I can guareentee you that he will clam up again. |
