the last 3 laps for Jeff showed he went from 7th to 2nd to 1st....then he got DQ'd...must have ran over the top of them....haha Thanks for clarifying, I thought I was seeing things! LOL It said he was in first place for several laps, and then all those numbers disappeared. I know my eyesight isn't what it used to be...but heavens....I didn't think it was THAT bad!

Hi All; Just stopping in to say hello and goodnight. It sure was a frustrating evening again, what with the lack of flashing numbers and all the dq's...guess the adrenaline was flowing and the agressive moves were risky ...and sometimes you win, sometimes you lose..as Apolo says, that's short track. They must be very frustrated and tired tonight...all that work and preparation, all that speed and skill, and disappointing results.. It will be a long plane ride home for them and then they have Nationals...wonder if the fact that they hadn't planned to go to Nagano and then did at the last minute have anything to do with it. They ended the Bejing w.cup on such a high note with the men's relay Gold! After the Vancouver Men's relay Gold! Anyway, I think we proved we're as dedicated as our team is...two weekends in a row watching or trying to watch flashing numbers...Is there any way to write ISU and complain about their non-functional system!! Anyone have an e-mail address? Thanks to all those who posted results so that those of us lurking could catch up between freezes! Now if they could just freeze the ice as well as they do their website! Sweet Dreams All...Nationals next and then Christmas... Anyone have a schedule for the next round of world cups? Musical Mom

I did write to ISU last weekend when it wasn't working on friday. This is the answer I got back on Monday. We have checked and its fine.
ISU SECRETARIAT (Well, duh, - yeah, by SATURDAY AND SUNDAY it was workin' - but since 'secretariat' didn't check the facts before writing back, this is what you can expect in the way of an answer from ISU....but then again, what did I expect .....we all know horses can't read...)
