It's raining again. Hard....has been for a couple of hours. Main Street is flooded...I need a gondola to get down main street. Guess there is no laying out for me today!

I'd rather have rain at this point than the hot/humid weather we are getting. Minus the crappy flooding that you're getting. Hope it gets better where you are.

Thanks It has stopped raining for the moment, but it looks like it could start up again anytime. All I keep hearing on the news is more rain...a chance of rain every day next week...could be as bad if not worse than the floods of 93.

Oh my gosh, Angel. I didn't know you were still getting so much rain. Have you had any luck getting the water out of your basement yet? The weather this year has been really strange everywhere. The temps have been in the high 90's here where I live the past couple days and tomorrow could be up to 100 degrees. This is more like July/August weather for us.

Yeah, we got the water out, but it is starting to come back in. For the most part, it has been really cold so far. Yesterday it got up to the 90's but we also had some pretty sever storms. it isonly in the 70's today.

It's in the 90's here. (and one of the fans broke...) I hate going outside. It was supposed to rain everyday for the weekday, but we got lucky on that. It's crazy. I hope your basement doesn't give you too many problems. Ours flooded only a little, then came water bugs. Uck.

You can send the rain to San Antonio. We have been really dry this year. They are predicting 30% chance of rain for the next several days but the rain always seems to go around us. However, I know it has been bad in the Midwest and will pray you stay safe.

tornado touched down 3 miles south of town. We had 80+ mph wind. Not sure how much rain we got, but it was a ton....moved my moms car like 3 feet down the road! Still raining, but we are out of the warning. Tornado is moving towards my cousins town...so now I have to worry about her.

I heard about those warnings in Iowa. D**n girl! Keep safe, you and your cousin. It's nothing but hot humid weather here. It's going to be cloudy tomorrow, maybe a little cooler. Evie, I hope you get rain. I hate droughts. Something tells me we're do for another nasty hurricane season, I hope not, but this weather is just messed up. Prayers for you and your family, angel.

it's global warming....every year it's been getting more severe in the amount and degree of floods or droughts.
