Hey, can we make it 5:30 pm pacific time? I'm gonna have a REALLY hard time explaining to my boss as to why I need to leave work early for a cyber Birthday Party on the internet - and for an Olympic Speed Skater that I do not actually know personally, no less...LOL!!!)  |

You are all fabulous, frenetic, fantastic, fun and definitely in a mass frenzy! What a great idea!
Love the homepage banner tomorrow and special cake.
I will have to send my regrets, as I will be on a plane tomorrow night to Las Vegas, the starting point of a 10-day vacation which will include the Kearns Oval and hopefully stumbling across the Birthday Boy himself. Probably a long shot, but you never know!
Love the idea of everyone huddling around the computer screens at the same time, just like the competitions last winter.

I'll try to join the "official" cyber party later on...in the meantime, I hope Apolo has a rockin' birthday, and can enjoy it however he chooses to celebrate and wherever and with whoever!!! I'll try to come join the party later (I'll still be at work at 5:30PM my time and may not be able to join in)...hopefully you'll all still be here! But knowing what die-hard fans you are, I'm sure you will be! Save me a spot in the front row at the Oval so we can watch him warming-up. He's friggin' Poetry-in-Motion. Is it fall yet??? It's gonna be a long, hot summer. Sometimes I just can't believe Apolo is only 26 today...he is just wise beyond his years; like he's been here before.  |
