I loved in the Paso when she raises her hand to him and he grabs her by the wrist. I know that is common in that dance, but it was very effective when they did it. Also when he twirled her around him like a cape, followed by that magnificent leap. Very powerful and emotional dance. Perfect blend of ferocity and passion.

Loved the Hot Cha Cha! Everybody screamed and cheered. They seriously entertained the crowd, and then along came Len with his "raunchy" comment. What a downer! Besides, it was more a jab at the choreography which Apolo had little control over. I don't think the contestants should lose a point for choreography since the pros put that part together. If it was poorly executed that's another matter but they shouldn't pay for the judges dislike of the dance steps. Didn't stop him from winning though did it? Furthermore, Len got a preview of their cha cha when he came to give them pointers and still suggested that they put more playfulness into it. I wonder why he would advise them to play more if he already felt they were doing too much?

Thanks for the translation! I know I've seen a screen cap of that smirk somewhere; if not here, maybe ap.com? I haven't learned pictures yet, and I don't think my husband wants me spending more time to learn it and be on this site! Well, I haven't done anything (yet) about post-Tango smirk, but here's some backstage pre-Tango ummph-iness... how cute is that picture? I love it!
