yes it is really good..apolo does not really look that much like dad.. hmm...so that might mean he looks like his mom? i've always thought that almost 70% of apolo's look is inherited from his mom although i've never seen his mom...not even her nose!! but i guess it's just my mother(or female) instinct

I guess that means Apolo's mom must have looked very different. My grandmother is full Japanese, petite, with brown hair and brown eyes. My grandfather is Scottish and English, 6'4" with blond hair and green eyes. Needless to say, some people can't even tell my mom is half-Asian. She has brown hair and brown eyes, but she's tall and her facial structure is not Japanese, only her eyes (slightly). My mom is beautiful (*bragging!*) but she doesn't look much like my grandmother or my grandfather. There are traits that you can recognize of course, just like Apolo has traits you can recognize from Yuki. But when the parents are from opposite ends of the spectrum, it's possible the similarities can be diluted quite a bit.

I'm glad you said that because I've never thought Apolo looked like Yuki. Some people think he does but I don't see it. I would agree with that, guest. I was noticing yesterday that Apolo's nose is completely different from Yuki's. Sometimes kids are "throwbacks" -- they don't resemble either parent, but instead take after, say, a grand uncle. My mom comes from a blended family and her siblings run the gamut from arctic blonde to a darker, Mediterranian look. One of my cousins has (quite lovely) odd eyes -- one blue, one brown.

He looks a bit like Yuki to me in the last two pics posted, but not in others.
Does anyone know if Yuki and his fiancee have set a wedding date?

Yuki should smile more often because he tends to look quite cross when he's not smiling. I'm sure he doesn't mean to. It's just the way pics turn out sometimes. Now then, Yuki and Apolo similarities.... hmmm. Honestly, I've seen some pictures of Apolo where there's all kinds of Yuki showing in him, and other pictures where you wouldn't believe they were related if you didn't know it. Apolo has this way of taking pictures that are so dissimilar that you can barely tell it's the same person. There are times when I've seen three pictures together, taken within weeks or months of each other. Each lovely in it's own way, yet startlingly different. Guess that's just another one of his talents!

Hm, that's a new one. Stewart? Scott on espn has two different colored eyes, one is darker than the other. You should see horses and such like it, it's pretty cool. I am going to go off to laa laa land now. L8r
