Oops, sorry about that hiccup in posting just now. Still trying to figure out how to work this site. I also tried to change my gender as per earlier instructions and was unsuccessful. I hate it when that happens. Never try changing gender while drinking Kentucky bourbon even if it is a mandatory libation on derby day. (Gray Goose vodka?  In Kentucky? What up wi dat?) billie36 I wouldn't say you "know me" in the biblical sense at least, but we've tart partied virtually before. I have transferred from OZ at least as far as the Derby topic goes as it is taboo on OZ - something I'm still not quite understanding except perhaps it is in the process of becoming the STZone rather than an Apolo fan site. |

Home and tired. I did not see Apolo today,,,boohoo! Ok, so I don't know when the Royal Crown party was, but tha is NOT what Allison was wearing at the Barnstable Brown Party. She was in a long floor length gown and it was a grcian style with silver on it. He was wearing a dark suit and it had pin stripes on it but they were far apart pinstripes (does that make sense?) Sorry, and as for pictures, I could have been a goof and got my phone out,,,well ok I tried but it didn't work. Oh and they got there at about 10:00 so maybe they were at a party somewhere before. Allison also had her hair done in a partial updo,,her hair was pulled up from the front and curly on her head. She really did look very pretty. Someone mentioned the shadow on him,,well that was inside of a tent and there were people (celebs) waiting for interviews or being interviewed making that big shadow, The red carpet crowd was unbelievable. they covered both sides of the entry and across the road. The crowd was yelling for "Carson" (the queer eye guy) but there was a group that yelled for Apolo when he turned on the bridge and waved.
I know I am rambling but I am pooped,,,glad Derby week is over.

Oh,,,tickets were 1300.00. I didn't pay for mine. They were a "thank you" to a friend that took me as a guest. I also think that celebs make a contribution and do not pay a ticket price.
