Have you been to Chicago??? Or have you been to the surburbs?
The surburbs are not Chicago. Now do you have relatives that live in Chicago, the city?

Well I'll just say this, listening to what people are talking about, hip hop dancing and hip hop, I find it so interesting and funny.

Hey Crims, I've been to Chicago. One Of My cousins has an apartment in Chicago. I also have been to the suburbs, and to Joliet and surrounding little towns. CG, the dancing we're referring to is done in a dance class. Sort of like the choreographed dances in videos. I get my groove on otherwise. Still like seeing Apolo in the pic. where he's stretching out.

Okay Millie, that's fine.
But just listening to they way you guys describe hip hop or what's taught in classes, I find it interesting with the different interpretation of what hip hop, dancing, or hip hop dancing is.

I choreographed when I was in HIGH SCHOOL, Sintha. Yes, I can still dance, I do it all the time. And I just went and looked in my Brit friends LJ to see what she said that term was that she, I and one of her friends are ( but I'll be d**ned if I could find it in MY dictionary, but hey...mine is kind of OLD ). The term is called "synaesthetic". I didn't even know there WAS a term for it. I had no idea anyone else DID what I do. I thought I was just some "odd being" or something. But nice to know I am NOT alone, know what I mean? It's just now I am curious as to how many other people process certain information in their brains like that, for whatever reason, know what I'm saying? I know, I am odd, I think oddly and I think ODD thoughts...can't help it, I don't know how to be any other way but who and what I am, I'm afraid! Sorry to back track for this one guys, but I just wanted to add to the explanation of the term Amy was usin'. The British spelling is like she has it but there's also an American spelling which is "synesthesia". It refers to what happens when a sensation occuring in one modality triggers a sensation in another modality, such as when the hearing of a particular sound induces the visualization of a particular color. The prefix "syn" means "with" or "together", and "esthesia" refers to the capacity for sensation or feeling. We are all hooked up in strange and beautiful ways. If you asked 20 different people to recall a rose, for instance, you might get 20 different descriptions including a variety of different perceptions like visio, smell, taste, emotional state, motion, endocrine state, and on and on.
