Hey everyone, Just wanted to let you know that the domain name for the site somehow isn't working. I knew that it was going to expire but I wanted to transfer hosting. I thought I'd had everything set up right, but it looks like it didn't transfer correctly. I'll probably have to make a few phone calls to get it to work properly, and I'm running off to class at the moment. Just wanted to let everyone know that I'm aware of the problem and am working on it as time permits. Hopefully everyone has bookmarked the forum and doesn't need access to the main site right now...  Sorry about everything! |

I know how that is Lindsay, SimplyApolo.com had to go through that last year. It's a pain lol. Hope it works out smoothly, can't wait to have GA.com back up!

Hey Lindsey! Like everyone has said, NO WORRIES! I'm sure it will work out.  You do a great job and I honestly don't know how you do it...besides being sick recently! Hope you're feeling better now! I was wondering why the site was wiggin', but thanks for explaining! |

My home computer is bookmarked but I tried to access it before my class tonight and could not get on. I am glad that you had this thread so now I know what was going on. I am so attached to my home computer that when I used the computer at school tonight I was almost lost. Hope you are able to get things fixed soon. In the mean-time I will use my bookmark here at home.

Ok how did you all get here? I went on OZ and looked at the comments under that top pic of Appolo and clicked on a link to this site and it brought me here. But when I type in gotapolo.com it doesn't work and I have it bookmarked. I'm glad its back up but I'm confused why its giving me a problem.

Bless you Lindsey for having this site!! When I was unable to get on earlier this week and it took me a few days to figure out how to get here, I was like a crack addict! I thought I was going to have to hit the mean streets for a little AAO fix. It really made me appreciate you all the more. Thank you, thank you, thank you for giving me somewhere friendly to feed my addiction. And please let me know what I can do to help.

wags - I know exactly what you mean!! Sheer panic. And now I am having another major catastrophe - YOUTUBE ISN'T WORKING ON MY HOME COMPUTER! That means I can't watch my favorite "1500 Video" someone made of Apolo at SLC over-and-over-and-over again! I've tried everything and I'm clueless! I may have to be committed by the end of the weekend or break into someone's home that has Internet access and sneak on their computer when they're not looking.

 nhl.com did that to me, and i was like...nnnoooo! i go through there to get to the pens website. i had to type out pittsburgh penguins.com what a pain. i'm lazy. that and i check out the scores and stories... i love youtube.

I searched gotapolo message board, or something like it, and it came up. Now I have it in my favorites in case this happens again. It's been a while since I been to OZ...oops.

I just checked Zen and the Art of Speedskating, but I guess it was the 1000m he posted on not only youtube, but quicktime, so you could download it (and it's really great quality) I guess he didn't do the 1500. Are you talking about from WC6? At least I don't recall seeing it.... I think he did post a lot of the races from Nationals in quicktime so you could download it to your computer. He also had the 500m from WC6 in quicktime (all happily saved to my computer- I really do owe Andrew a cup of coffee...) LisamAs for the link I left on OZ, it does take you directly to the forum. (I had it bookmarked, so I just copied the link for everyone and left it at OZ) As Lindsey stated above, the domain name isn't working, and I think that means the main page doesn't come up either. Which also means you can't get to the forum from the main page at the moment. So make sure you bookmark the forum, so you can at least get here directly. Wags, you're too funny. Mari had to e-mail me to get the link. So you weren't the only one suffering an AAO addiction withdrawal! LOL |
