congrats number1! I'm back!!!!! They shut off my internet a week before my pay day. But it's back on, oh how I missed it.
Ooh the pens won in triple overtime last night. i'm so happy! they are making detroit work for it. petr sykora said i'm gonna get the game winner...and he did. ;D

Game six of the pens/wings series is on Wednesday at 7 pm central time. Woohoo. Sorry, can't help myself. Sergei Gonchar was hurting pretty badly, sat out of most of the overtime, came back in the third overtime, was on the ice when the game winner happened, now that takes guts. All the best to Gonchar. Ryan Malone who all ready had a broken nose, got hit in the face in the puck, and bloodied his nose. Ouch. Gonchar was out in the late 2nd regulation period, and came back in the third overtime period.

Here to interject the oddball tennis comment - today I was stuck at home waiting for the plumber to finish a repair that took way longer than expected. Luckily there was French Open on pretty much all morning, and I got to see a fantastic Rafael Nadal match (6-1, 6-1, 6-1) and the tail end of a Djokovic match. Heaven! |

Nadal is on another level whenever he plays on clay. I love watching him play. And Djokovic is pretty good as well. I have issues trying to spell that name. But I think I got it right. The Cards win the rain out game last night. It is official if it goes past 5 full innings. It went into the 6th. They were in DC and it rained there too.  |

I had no idea that it was 25 years ago that the Celtics and Lakers were in the Finals! My dad gets supsriptions from Sports Illustrated and that's what it said on the front with the short shorts. I know AI wouldn't like them. I can't wait!!!!!!! |
