it's a french thing, "pain au chocolat." it's unbelievable. That was my (very decadent) breakfast every working day in N.Y.C. Off the subway, into the French bakery, and "un pain au chocolat avec cafe au lait, s'il vous plait." Then I would sit at my desk and go into this blissed out caffeine and chocolate haze. A great (if not very nutritious) way to start the day.

you sound so pretentious. lol. I suppose it may seem that way. I'm older than you, I've been to college, worked and traveled. I studied French extensively, but it's extremely rusty now. I'd love to practice on the Canookian ST'ers. I like to have adventures and try new things. That's all it boils down to. But I like the simple, everyday things as well. And who was it exactly who brought up pain au chocolat?
