I think it does have something to do with birthorder, but I also think when you find the right person, you will just fall for them. I mean, being the youngest, you most likely got babied and you need that same kind of attention from a guy, you also had your sisters to look up to and saw the mistakes they made so you probably didn'y make them. So I do think it has some to do with the birth order, but I also has to do with your personality and past relationships.

Since I am the oldest, and have two little brothers, I can take someone who is completly needy. They have to be independent and let me have my space but also be there for me when I need them. since I had an abusive childhood, I had to learn to just deal with everything and not let emotions show, and I am still struggling to get over that.

I am the youngest by far, and sort of put off my an only child, but in a good way, because I like talking about them, my siblings, that is.

I read a parts of a book called "The Birth Order Connection" a while back -- maybe you've heard of it BBP. It was vastly interesting. All the different connections really made sense... and as I looked around I could see the traits they mentioned in my friends, and especially, like you said, when it comes to other relationships. People who went "against" the birth order connection were in not-so-great relationships, while people who were compatible were doing much better (as far as I could see). I believe in it! I'm a youngest and my boyfriend is the oldest, both of us having sisters. It's worked well for years

I'm the oldest, and so is my husband. Yes, we both like to run the show, but we have managed to learn the art of compromise. If you really want it to work, you do what is necessary.
