i love smoked anything but smoked cheese is definitely at the top of the list. smoked cheese=love.

I love my pizza w/ extra cheese, he!! I am fine w/ just chesse, I love mild cheddar and eat it by itself. Very addicting to say the least. Mmm cheese.

I love anything with cheese...even stuff I don't like without cheese. Put enought cheese on it, anything is good. My dogs love cheese too. They somehow always know when it is cheese I am getting out, even before I open it up so they can smell it.

Has no one mentioned feta cheese? I am a cheese lover (think Cabot cheddar, extra sharp), and I don't think there's a cheese I don't like.... but feta... wow I love that stuff. Feta in a Greek salad or on a mozzarella cheese pizza with tomatoes and garlic... YUM. I'm getting hungry. Anyone else agree?

feta is ridiculously good. and mozzarella is ambrosia. i keep forgetting to buy one of those mozzarella balls. i want to eat it with salty tomatos. it's on my list of things to do. cheese is so good!
i don't care for brie. but then i consider that more of a "spread" than a full-on cheese. either way it's vomitrocious.
