Hi Guys! I'm sorry but i'm kind of new in this website  ...so, I don't know what it means the "karma"? ' :)cause recently appear the number 1 next to "karma"? Well...my question is: what is? Why? and Who? just a few, right?  hihihi Thanks! Graciaasss!!  |

Vidna, karma is a way of *rating* other members on the site. If someone likes something you have said, they can exalt you. In turn, if someone disagrees with you they may smite you. You can exalt or smite anyone who's a member and that will be reflected in their karma number. I believe you can only exalt or smite another member once an hour. Hope that makes sense!

Unless the person who did it tells you, there's no way to know. Part of the beauty of Karma is that it is anonymous... just some good (or bad) vibes sent your way from an admirer (or an enemy). Sometimes, though, on this site, people will tell you when they give Karma.

I thought that the orginal purpose of the Karma was suppossed to be anonymous, whether you give somebody a good Karma or if you take it away. I thought it was suppossed to be your own personal vibe that you send to someone. But I see that people are telling if they give or take, and that's fine if people want to do that. I was just saying that I think it's better kept a secret, but that's just me.  |
