Thanks so much for posting that, Lindsey. It was a lot of fun to read it and to see the pictures. Apolo does look older and more mature now. He has aged very gracefully. |

I've always wanted to taste tofu, but it comes in like, a bag (?!) and I just can't bring myself to eat it. It makes me think of this clay I used to play with when I was younger, . Although, snaps on the Papa Johns. Mm. |

Tofu is yummy when done right It does look weird, in a *bag,* you could say, since it has to have water around it to keep it moist. But fried until goldeny crispy with some oyster sauce or soy sauce with onions and garlic or in stir fry... it really is quite tasty. A lot of people think tofu is tasteless, but it's just the opposite! Tofu is cool in that it absorbs the taste of the food you mix with it. And, it's always a good idea to press the excess water out. Ok, I admit it. I love tofu. I wonder if Apolo does know how to cook? I could certainly take some time and cook for him, though... |
