i hate reptiles.....in fact i don't all animals except mammals.....it's not that i hate them hate them but they give me creep just look and touch them....

I don't like what I like to call, "special power animals." Like fish can breathe underwater=special power. Birds can fly=super power. It's just not fair. (Yes, I am ignoring I'm at the top of the food chain...It's still not fair! lol) My favorite animal is the sloth. No special power whatsoever (In fact, it's like god played a terrible joke on them, lol). And, they're really quite cute,  |

OMG. kitties are the cutest. but my favorite animal has definitely got to be a penguin. i watched that movie "march of the penguins" and now im hooked!!
as for what i do....im a student...and after i graduate highschool...i am planning on (hopefully) going to LMU (loyola marymount university in california) and being a PR person. :] i think it'd be awesome. dude. i should totally be apolo's PR person...haha

Sintha, I once saw a pic of an alligater that had gotten into a fight with a boa? (I don't now, it was just some MASSIVE-type snake, lol) and the snake tried to eat the alligator but the alligator BROKE OUT OF THE SNAKE'S STOMACH MID SWALLOW! That pic was the stuff of nightmares, lol. Interestingly, you're afraid of snakes, which have no limbs. I think you're really afraid of limbs! You've got a definite "limb fixation." AAHHHHH!!!!! ...ook Ruffian i got scared just reading that post...or imagining the pic on my head!! YUCK!!! Yes well, there's a good reason why im afraid....well i was born in Sri Lanka (it's a tropical island)....and my house was close to a jungle (well...sorta, there was lots "wildlife"...emphasis on the "wild")...so one day this....oh gosh i forgot the name of the snake ( it's the type that coils up, and stirkes at you)LOL Ok well, my cat was purring at the snake...and i was sooo scared that the snake was gonna bite him!!...but he didn't cuz umm...my uncle distracted it and it went towards my aunt's house....then (it was night, so we couldn't see anything) we got this long pole and somehow...my bo. and cousin...killed it (sux...but it was us or the snake)! and seriously..i think they umm...well you know it's too disgusting to continue...but yeah...i def. had nighmares!!!Like i couldn't even go back to sleep!!!LOL And actually Ruffian, the ancestors of snakes had limbs...soo techinically snakes to have limbs but they never really had any use for them... and i learned that from Biology (wow! amazing i remember somethin from that class!) LOL I would rather be in a situtation...with a bear or Lion or Alligator than a Freakin' SNAKE!!!UGH!!!......  WOW!! lota info...LOL on my Fears!!!! |

I'm a sophomore in high school and after high school i hope to go to the UofM to study for some kind of career in animals, but i'm not quite sure what yet. Would that be University of Michigan? No the University of Minnesota. Sorry i was unclear.  |

My father was hugely against indoor pets unless they were confined like fish in a tank or birds in a cage. Therefore I never could have a cat, but we had PLENTY of dogs. So many that I lost count, and honestly can't remember all their names! Not a lot all at once. Many through the years is what I mean. Topic? I work for an Aerospace corporation. No thrill ride, but we like each other there and it does support my habits: eating, wearing clothes, roof over the head, etc.

cats are like that.....they purr at something that's weird I thought cats purr....'cuz when they're like angry?? I dunno....i missed my cat  ....well my cat def. used his 9 lives!!Ok im sad now. WoW....this thread supposed to be about Work and school.....but somehow im talkin' about cats and my fear for spiders and snakes...ook  IM gonna shush up!! |

The story about the stupid snake trying to swallow the alligator is true! It happened in my county and I saw the ridiculous thing! Also, in my county, this crazy man who has tigers and lions, lost one, a big one, named Bobo, and it roamed the streets for about 24 hours before a Wildlife official shot the animal and killed it! I was nervous because it was loose in the area that I keep my horse! |

How could a snake even SWALLOW an Alligator..  .....I mean...well...either the Alligator was pretty small....or the snake was humongous!!! like Gigantically huge!!LOL oookk i was exagerating....and ...yeah im gonna try not to picture that.....the image comes up..whenever i read that post!!!LOL |

OMG!!!!AAAHHHHH!!!!!! EWWWWW.....so is that the gator....in the middle...ripping up the snake? ??UGH!!!!! Ok....im fine with that pic.....'cuz i can't see the snake's head!!LOL......EWWW!!!!!I kinda feel sorry for the snake......ouch that gotta hurt!!!!LOL OOk.....im gonna need a moment...i'll be back...just need to get that off my brain!!LOL |
