Lindsey, I don't have a Modify Profile...I just have Profile and that's it, I can't change anything  |

Once you click on Profile, there should be more options at the top of your profile screen. Not on the main menu, but right there in your profile before you scroll down. You're automatically on the Member Bio screen, and right next to it should be Modify Profile (a text link).
