Night of the Apolo, Chapter One (PG)
This is kind of a spin off of Ally and Artemis' "Spellbound". Hope you don't mind.
The relationship of Apolo and Julianne was great. They were always with each other and their love was very passionate. But, something changed. As Halloween approached, Apolo changed. Drastically. No longer was the Apolo that Julianne knew during Dancing With The Stars and so on. He turned...mean if you will. During signings, he would go to shake hands, and when they were about to, he would jerk his hand away and laugh an evil laugh. Julianne could sense his change, but she would not be prepared for what the next few nights would bring.
"Apolo, what's been going on with you?", said a concerned Julianne.
"What do you mean? I'm perfectly normal.", Apolo snapped back.
"Well, your being mean to people...your fans, your dad, even me."
"Aww, do I hurt your feelings?", Apolo said in a mocking voice, "Ha ha, too bad. It's just you."
"See, like that. Did something happen at a competition or something?"
"Nothing happened. I'm perfectly myself, now leave it alone."
"But Apolo..."
"I said shut up about it.", Apolo growled.
Julianne knew he had changed. He never would talk to her like that. So in need of help, she went to see one of her best friends, Tabatha.
"Tabs, I just don't know what's gotten in to him. I mean, he's...just plain mean, and he's always sneaking out at night.", Julianne said.
"Maybe he's just going through something, you know how hectic is life is. Have you talked to Yuki?", Tabatha replied.
"No, I don't want him to worry. I mean, as much as it hurts me to say this, Apolo is starting to scare me."
"Well, has anything major happened lately, like...a baby?"
"No,way. We're not ready for that yet."
"Look, it's just a phase, he'll get over it sometime. You know how guys are."
"Yeah, I guess your right...well, I'm going to go home and see what he's doing. Probably got some kind of trap ready for me when I walk through the door."
Later on that night, it was dinner. Apolo wasn't very happy that Julianne left him, and especially went to talk to Tabatha; this change in him has caused their relationship to become very toxic.
"Gosh slow down Apolo. Your food isn't going anywhere."
Apolo was just shoveling food in his mouth. But, Julianne's remark got his attention:
"You shut up. If you would've gotten the pizza that I wanted, maybe I wouldn't be in this mood.", Apolo snarled.
"Well, I didn't want pizza, we've had that every week now. And I'm tired of you yelling at me. I haven't done anything to you.", Julianne said sternly.
With that, Apolo was angry and sod up:
"How dare I talk to you that way, how dare you talk to me that way. Don't you know who I am?"
"That's it! I'm leaving."
As Julianne walked to the door, Apolo flew in front of her and grabbed her:
"You aren't going anywhere. You're going to stay here with me. I'm not going to let you go out and play with your little boyfriends with Artemis and Ally. Besides, I don't think you'd find them very easy."
"Apolo, I've never cheated on you, I swear."
"You're lying and I know it."
"No I'm not Apolo. Let go of me or I'll leave for good. I'm tired of you trying to control me."
With that, Apolo let go and backed away:
"I'm sorry Julianne. Please don't leave me, please. If you leave me, I'll have no one. Please don't leave. I'm sorry.", said Apolo in a apologetic tone.
"Apolo, I'm not going to leave you. Let's just go to bed."
The next morning when Julianne got up, she woke to find bars on the windows and Apolo was putting bolts on the front door.
"Apolo, what are you doing?", Julianne asked.
"You're never going to leave me, and I'm going to make sure of that.", said Apolo with an evil laugh.
Julianne was shocked, she was now afraid and tried to tackle him from out in front of the door, but she failed. He grabbed her and stopped her. And what she saw on his face frightened her even more. While holding her, he was getting angry, and she saw what appeared to be fangs. She knew she had to get out, and she thought of the only way to get out:
"Apolo, if you don't let me out, you're never going to get pizza again.", Julianne warned.
With that, Apolo quickly backed up:
"Are you sure you're going to get pizza?"
"Yes, I promise. You just have to let me out."
Apolo finally opened the door, and Julianne quickly walked out. But she wasn't going to to get pizza, she was going to see Tabatha, who also happened to be a witch.
"Tabatha, you've got to help me.", Julianne said, afraid out of her mind.
"Why, what's wrong?"
"I think Apolo, is, is, a vampire!"
"Julianne, come on. A vampire? Yeah right."
"No, really. Look, I didn't want to show anybody this, but look."
As Julianne moved her hair away from her neck, Tabatha could see what appeared to be fang marks.
"Okay, okay. I believe you."
"Well, how do we change him back. This morning I woke up to bars on the window. He's going crazy.", shouted Julianne.
"Okay, okay, calm down. It's fairly easy. I've got this potion that will change him back in a flash. But, you have to do something on your part."
"Tell me! I'll do anything to get my Apolo back."
"Okay. Tonight, when you get home, at strictly 11:00, seduce him. And don't worry, vampires are useless when they're...well you know. Anyway, once you've done, whatever you guys do, when he's asleep, call me, and I'll be over here as fast as lightning. But be careful, he'll be able to sense if you're up to something.", instructed Tabatha.
"Okay. But then what else, what are you going to do?"
"Just do as I say. And you must be careful of you time. I'll see you tonight."
With that, Julianne went home and waited. Waited until 11:00 rolled around. But, their little plan was going to be a disaster.
