Dancing With The Stars: After the Finale, Chapter Two (PG)
Apolo knew what they did was wrong; "come on, she's only 18 and she's engaged", he thought to himself. Though he could not resist his feelings for Julianne, he knew they could never do this again. They just got caught up in the moment.
It was 2:30am. They were rushing to get dressed and get cleaned up for they had to catch a plane with Laila, Maks, Joey and Kym to New York for an appearance on Good Morning America. Neither of them said a word until they were in the privacy on the plane. (each couple had seperate sections on the plane):
"We have to talk about it sometime", said Julianne shyly.
"There's nothing to talk about", Apolo said quickly, "It's better to just forget about it. If anyone finds out, who knows what could happen; especially to me, I mean, you're only 18, and engaged."
"We can't 'just forget about it'".
"Why, we can't be together so what's the use".
"Apolo, if I knew you truely felt this way about me, I would have never came onto you like that; I wasn't thinking", said Julianne, about to be overcome with tears, "I don't want to hurt you".
"Is everthing okay back here?", said Laila, peering through the curtains. "Were landing in a few minutes."
In the studio getting ready, Julianne tried to keep her distance from Apolo, but being in a private room with him didn't help:
"Well, were about to go out there", said Julianne, trying to be a friend, "We're probably going to get asked 'if were a couple' or something like that, so we're just friends. We are still friends aren't we?"
"I can't bear this", thought Apolo. "I don't want to hide my feelings for her...wait, what are you thinking man, you can't persue this, her boyfriend would kill me, it's better left alone.
"Yeah, were still 'best' friends", said Apolo, exchanging hugs with her.
"Well, here we go" said Julianne reasuringly.
And they made their way onto the set.
