Hey i have a quick question. It might be bumb but i have to ask. I was wondering if anyone recorded the races on Saturday or do u know anyone who did? If u could get back to me let me know.

I read in OhnoZone.com that APolo won't be competing in Worlds this season..  Well you know what he should take it easy. He worked his butt off and now he should enjoy the moment. Well, We'll see him next season!!! |

I don't think so, but I don't think he went after the last Olympics either. It's nothing new, after an athlete has medaled at the Olympics, to fore go the world competitions. This happens alot in the figure skating and gymnastics division. And besides, after winning an Olympic medal, and getting all the attention that Apolo has been receiving, do you really think that your concentration will be at it's best in a world competition following such a glorifying acheivement.
But I sure hope to see him chase for a record medal count in the 2010 Olympics, he has a chance to make history there!

Oh I have no doubt that he's going to end up in Vancouver.. no doubt. I don't think that Apollo would let that 500 m gold hang in the air just for any speedskater to grab... he doesn't seem like that kind of person.

im totally hoping that apolo will end up in vancouver, since ive already made plans to go there. but yeah, he's not competing in the worlds, and he didn't after the last olympics either. it made me sad to know that he wasnt going to the worlds cuz i was like...seconds away from booking like a hotel and plane tickets for montreal. :]
