The closer she got to Apolo and Shani the more nervous she got. Goosebumps raised on the skin. Only a few more miles left to go. Yuki was quiet, and brooding. She was hoping that was good.
"Are the police going to be called?" She asked out of the blue.
"No, not right now, but they will. I first need to see how Apolo is."
"Right, I just want the person caught who ever harmed Shani, and also your son."
"They will be..."

Shani sighed out in the crisp night air. It was so good to be out of that rat hole. Apolo on the other hand was taking big gulps of air. His body leaned over, heaving, out of breath. Leaning up, he then turned to his buddy.
"I would kill for water!"
Just about that time Shani's stomach grumbled. He smiled, his teeth glowing under the moon's light. "And I'd kill for some Taco Bell right now!"
Apolo found himself laughing, even though he felt as though he was going crazy. "You would say that, you always think about food." He was hungry, yet sick, so that ruled out a grumbly tummy, for now anyway.
"Whoa, this gal is hot!"
Apolo raised a brow. "And here I thought you wasn't into a girl just because of how she looked."
"Aw, Apolo. That's not what I meant, she's mad, thinking of her past, so you two are going to have at it, and yeah, I've seen her, she is beautiful. She's part Lakota, of course she is attractive, but also shines from the inside."
"People look at you and wouldn't think that you thougth that way."
"Yes," his looks turned dark, "but you did, and few others do. But I'm not here to please."
"She's hear, so is Dad, I seen the lights," he pointed west, "that way."
Shani nodded. "Yes, and you'll two will have some words, dear buddy, some words..."

Majory could tell that Yuki was nervous too. He all but shook, his eyes shined in the darkness of the car. She smiled, and reached out to him, just as thought, he jumped. "It will be okay, Yuki. You will see. Just relax, and give him one of those famous bear hugs when you see him."
"Oh, I know, but I care for him. He's my life, with out him, what am I here for?"
"Nothing, and I mean nothing will happen to your son, Yuki. And you are here because you are a wonderful person, it shows through your son."
And the most shocking thing happened, Yuki cried. Majory nearly did herself. "Let it out Yuki. I know how you feel, but I'm too dead inside to give a d@m*."
"Thank you." His voice shook. Then reached out and took her hand in his free one, and squeezed it.

Okay, there will be more added to this chapter soon. Like I said, I type this up as I go along, and have some ideas, but it's going to be confusing for some, I even shock myself, becuase this just started in my head...
