When Fiona got back to her room and shut the door being her she laughed. She made Apolo worried. Her plan worked! A success. She still hated doing this. but she had to...right? So she decided to 3 way call Cici and Neha. And tell them what she did and how Apolo reached. Wow! THey said. stirring him up the first day! dirty! They chimed again. You get! Fiona said. But..I feel sorry I had to worry him...And I am pretty lucky to be here I wonder if this is a waste of energy. Fif sighed. Yea well you decide I gotta go feed my dog. Cici replied. Yeah and I have to go help my mom with something...so bye! Neha replied also. Yeah...Okay well. Im gonna go Im starving. Cya.! Fif sighed. And they all hanged up. Pff who in the world would want to read a special about her? Specially all the lies in that magazine. It made her sick. People with no lives. Anyway she easily got past her and made her way down the street to the cafe. Oh yeah...this time dressed in an orange polo and shorts. When she got to the table she picked up a newspaper someone left as she waited for her waiter to come take her order. Surpassingly it was the same poor old waiter she snapped at the day before. She could tell the waiter was nervous to ask her because his voice was so shaky when she asked for her order. Mamay I-I-I t-ti-take yayaou-ur- oo-r-de-der? She smiled politely. yes Ill have a chocolate frapachino. The waiter was so shocked this girl was so nice. He nearly gasped. He then replied thank you and went on with the rest of his orders.
Meanwhile Apolo was in his room watching some sports on tv. When he heart knocking at his door. He sighed come in and saw Shani davis entering the room. Oh hey Shani. Apolo mumbled. Hey dude! I saw this girl around with you in the cafeteria as I walked down the hall today. Thats your first person to coach right? Shani asked. Yea why? Apolo said. Shes a cutie. All I had today for lunch is half a salad. Apolo said. Really? No suprise. Shani grinned. shut up. Apolo blushed. And so the two laughed and watched ESPN.
As Fiona drank her chocolate frapochino she read the paper. Girl in For a Whirl was out. She loved laughing and impersonating chick flicks after seeing them. They were so stupid, they were funny. And her friends went hysterical every time she pretended to be one of the characters. So she decided she would go at five at the movie theater a block down from here and be back for dinner on time.
After gratefully chugging down her chocolate frapochino. She decided to take a walk around the place. As she strolled down the streets of this place. She realized what a nice place it was. She wished her friends could be here. At a newspaper stand she decided to get another newspaper. To see whats hott and coming in this city. Fiona scrolled down the paper and saw AFI concert-2 weeks. Reserve your ticket today. As she went a little further she noticed a deal. Two tickets for $80. She had to get it. It was such a great deal and couldnt miss out. So she called the number and she got the tickets. Colorado Springs isnt so bad after all. Fiona thought in her head. She realized she had to make it to the movie. So she ran into the movie theater and grabbed her ticket ticket and sat down. As she listened to the movie she held back giggles. She saw two rows in front of her two guys trying not to laugh. One looked oddly familiar. When she squinted into the darkness she saw a souldpatch and a familiar smile. Oohhhh crap. She whispered. She had to get out fast. Before she could think everyone was moving out of the movie theater. She had to get out. Apolo and Shani were making there way up. So she grabbed her newspaper and placed it over her face. Hoping Apolo wouldnt recognize her. Why was she doing this? Well 1. She would get in trouble if they found out that she sneaked out. And 2. Apolo would crush her ego and her tough act would be no more. So she was pretty close to a sudden death situation here. She struggled to break through the crowd. But it was too big. Apolo and Shani were getting closer and closer every second. And the closer they got the more chance they would find out it was her. She thought frantically for an idea. Then it hit her. Their were a lot of eager teens and they probably didnt realize Apolo (a cutie in C.S.) was in the room. Since they were yaking away like stupid girly girl teens do. She had this idea. Since they were all blocking her. why not they block Apolo? It was genius! She just had to use a different voice so they didnt know it was her. So she put on her famous girly girl impersonation from the main character from legally blonde and hollered and pointed through her newspaper. Oh my Gosh! Girls look! Its Apolo Ohno! Just then all the girls hollered and went straight towards Apolo. Crowding him! Perfect! He wouldnt see through all the crowded, smooching hollering loser os a girls. She threw her newspaper into the nearest trash can and ran for it. Block after block until she got to the training center. The lady was still reading her stars magazine and she easily got past her. She sighed that she just barely got away. And laughed to herself that Apolo and Shani went to a chick flick. But this time she would keep this a secret. You have to be nice once in a while.
crap! Grumbled Apolo. As girls hugged and begged for an autograph and photos. Shani tried to get out of this riot. But he was by Apolo and there was no way out. And they didnt want to be mean and run off. So they did what they always did. give the crowd what they wanted. This took him 30 minutes until they finally were free. As of that they went into Shanis car and drove straight to the training center. Once they got to the cafeteria they sighed. Man what a day. Never gets old does it? Shani sighed. Nope. Apolo sighed back. Once they got there dinner. They tried to find a place to eat. Finally Shani pointed to Fiona and said. Lets sit by the cutie. Your joking. Apolo said. Nope. Shani grinned. So they did.
Hi! Im Shani and this is your dumb ass coach! Said Shani. Fiona smiled at that. And for the first time at the training center with other athletes around too. Hey. Fiona replied. Apolo and Shani sat down. Shani just eyeing Fiona continuously. Finally Apolo gave Shani a -stop-looking-at-her-liike-that-and-say-something-look glare. Shani gave him a fine-jeez look and broke the ice with...So what did you do this afternoon? Fiona smiled and said. Oh nothing interesting. How about you? Well Apolo and I watched some sports in his room. Right Apolo? Uh-huh. Apolo replied. And we went to go watch a movie. But then some girls realized who we are and practically mobbed us. But then that's what you get for being famous and being stunningly beautiful. Shani beamed. Fiona and Apolo both rolled there eyes. Then Shani added. Youll be famous too one day. I dont see why guys dont mob you like they do to us, well the girls that is for us. Or maybe they do. Cuz your really pretty and beautiful and cute. Right Apolo? Shani grinned. He gave Shani you-idiot-Im-gonna-kill-ou stare and replied. Yeah. Redder than ever. With that they all started laughing. Finally Fiona said. Well I gotta go. Shani said.
