So are we thinking that we go back to bracket 1, Womens, for the 500?

Apolo & Ryan each came in #1. Jordan & Jeff each came in #2. Way to go guys!!! I don't see our ladies so I am thinking that they are in Bracket #2?

Okay, if I'm reading the schedule correctly, it looks like we have an ice resurfacing, followed by 4 heats of the ladies' 500m, and then 4 heats of the men's 500m.

I was just looking at that too....so we stay and finish bracket 1 before going to bracket 2: 10:00 Å®×Ó1000Ã×¾öÈü LADIES 1000 m 4×é 4 races ÄÐ×Ó1000Ã×¾öÈü MEN 1000 m 4×é 4 races ½½±ù Ice Resurfacing 4×é 4 races Å®×Ó500Ã×¾öÈü LADIES 500 m 4×é 4 races ÄÐ×Ó500Ã×¾öÈü MEN 500 m ½½±ù Ice Resurfacing 1×é 1 races Å®×Ó3000Ã×¾öÈü LADIES 3000 m 1×é 1 races ÄÐ×Ó3000Ã×¾öÈü MEN 3000 m ½½±ù Ice Resurfacing Å®×Ó3000Ã×½ÓÁ¦¾öÈü Ladies 3000m Relay 1×é 1 races ÄÐ×Ó5000Ã×½ÓÁ¦¾öÈü Men 5000m Relay 1×é 1 races 12:15 Ô¤ÈüµÚ1×é½áÊø End of the Bracket #1

I see that for the teams it has the men listed and said that for the US ladies there are no entries. Anyone know why?

I have to tell ya'all that I was so fried from last weekend's events, I just had to sort of step away from the whole aao thing this week and give myelf a break. I mean, i felt like I had gone into some un-realistic time machine and my reality of staying up for 3 nights, drinking way too much caffeine, buzzing back and forth between so many screens, posting...I really hurt myself.
And the couple of days after I really crashed because there was so little writeup of him being the world champ....any mention of it seemed to be a 1-liner in an article that said "oh yeah, taking the World Chamption title was AAO". I was so bummed I just had to give myself some space.
ANd there wasn't any publicity to hear his comments or take on things, or from ANY of the skaters for that matter...

We just finished bracket 1, 1000m...resurfacing now; going back to bracket 1 womens 500, then to bracket1 mens 500. Finishing all of the bracket 1 heats before going over to start any of bracket 2.

At the top of the page there is a tab that says ENTRIES. I clicked on it and then clicked on USA.
I see that Canada & China only have ladies skating and no men.
Korea and USA have only men and no ladies.
Italy & Japan have both men & ladies teams

By my calculations, the points after 1 event for the men:
USA - 16 Korea - 15 Japan - 7 Italy - 6
I see Fabio Carta is competing for Italy!
