Lindsey, the marketing guy from the magazine emailed and said their magazine is in The Vitamin Shoppe and to go to The Vitamin Shoppe's website to see where there was a store in my area. So I'm guessing by his response the magazine is only in The Vitamin Shoppe. But it wouldn't hurt to call around to the other vitamin stores like GNC, etc. Good luck and I hope you are able to find a copy.

Yaay! I just checked the store locator and there is one--somewhere! I don't remember ever seeing it, but I know where the road is. I shall call tomorrow and see if they have it! ;D Thanks, breidy!

Seems to me, very recently, that I read just a few sentences about his donating the 2002 skates to a musuem. But he also mentioned that he had donated the blood-soaked skinsuit from those games, as well. Maybe that was getting a bit tacky for the Smithsonian? No, not at all, Aaosmts. There are some astronaut spacesuits, flightsuits, etc., over at the National Air and Space museum that have really "been through it". Apolo's blood-soaked skinsuit has historical value, and it is not going to scare off the Smithsonian. Whether or not it is ever displayed, it will be available behind the scenes to historians, researchers, and photographers. The collections of the Smithsonian are legendary. Years ago I worked in the decorating industry in New York City, and my specialty was in fabric trimmings, historical reproductions, and fabric preservation. The average fabric, well-preserved, has a lifespan of maybe 150 years (some go much longer, of couse.) The Smithsonian is in the best position to preserve Apolo's donations for future generations, and with advances in technology, that mght be for a very long time, indeed! Briedy, thank you for posting the magazine scans here. I will be on the hunt for my own copy.

Every single one of those photos was HOT! ....and I thought I was just having a hot flash. I feel Sooooo much better knowing it was naturally induced....

I'm OLD, so I'm not supposed to be oggling young guys.... ....and I thought I was just having a hot flash. Funny you should say that, Mtnme. I was just thinking to myself 'what is she thinking admiring him for his body? Isn't it the mind that's supposed to inspire those oldies?!", but you beat me to it. Fortunately, I'm still young enough to ogle for purely selfish reasons and get away with it!

Actually, I DO appreciate the whole package (no pun intended, and I just KNOW where you're going to go with that lexi.) A handsome guy may catch my eye, but he won't keep my attention very long if there is nothing going on between his ears. But since there were no pictures of his brain, appreciating dem legs will just have to suffice.

Dorit Thies was the photographer for Apolo's Muscle & Body photoshoot--here is a pic I found on her website: www.doritthies.com/

I should be sleeping... but, since I'm apparently developing insomnia, I'll post skaterswaltz' "favorite laughing pic" instead. And, yes...he does seem to get more handsome in each progressing photo--He puts a smile on my face!
