sorry guys I have been gone
and there is alot going on in my personal life the bracelet was presented to him on the day the Proclaimation was read in Hawaii by a lady that worked with the special olympians that were present at the ceremony and had their picture taken with Apolo. I am sorry if I didn't respond sooner.

Is it when Julianne and Apolo were rehearsing for the waltz and Julianne was trying to get Apolo into the romantic flair of it,so she took him to the roof top where Erroll Flynn made several of his romantic movies so Apolo could "embrace" it??

It came up in an early interview (2002?) when Apolo was home visiting his dad in Seattle (on one of the local Seattle stations).

That's the interview! Didn't that guy reach his hand up and push Apolo's hair out of his face  Apolo said he came back to visit his dad (after the Olympics?) and his dad had gotten rid of his bed and he had to sleep on a futon! (he said that part sorta like, "Can you believe he got rid of my bed ??") He was the cutest thing when he was 19, my god! I think when he first tried speedskating, or got his first speedskates, he didn't know that you have to file the serrated edge before you skate so he couldn't glide (I think his dad had driven him to Vancouver or something to try speedskating the first time?) I'll try to think of something if nobody else puts one up -- last time I thought I'd gotten it and somebody beat me to it so I better check and make sure this time. |
