I'm wondering why Apolo didn't wear LandRollers on PR recently... he chose regular inlines. I'm guessing it has something to do with restrictions on him promoting a specific product on the show... but who doesn't do that? I thought it was weird, however.
Also, he's working with Seattle Biodiesel (“farmer to fuel pump”)... eventhough, being an environmentalist myself, I think this is not a good thing for him to be getting into. What is his role in it? An investor, an endorser or is he being endorsed? Anybody know?
Also, I'm sure John Schaeffer's clients, especially Apolo, get a huge discount off of his services because he is being mentioned in every article the athletes do regarding their training and nutrition, getting him great recognition and notoriety. They are his promotional tool, I wouldn't be surprised if Apolo's training is completely free, aside from living and traveling expenses.
