Apolo also used to wear a gold chain--I wonder if he was just into the jewelry like a lot of teenage guys seem to be. I know my boyfriend used to wear a silver chain when he was in his mid-teens (so he says), but now he's just outgrown it, like Christy said. Plus, having piercings/wearing jewelry can sometimes be a street thing, and remember, Apolo used to be into that, and it seems now he's less gangsta. lol.

I know that we just saw Apolo last week on Project Runway, but it feels like a drought already...especially with so much summer olympics going on.
So looking thru old threads to see if we can some conversation going.
Anyone have a pic of him with the earring?
Also, I was going thru some of videos just now, his interview at the 2006 olympics just after he was dq'd in the semi-finals. He has a long-sleeve tshirt on, just after the race, and has a big ol' gold chain on....so he was wearing it as recently as **yikes** 2 1/2 years ago....
