As much as I want him to win, I don't think it will happen unless he REALLY and I mean REALLY does something AMAZING!!!! I know he has the potential to win.

I'd be awesome if he did win...but I just have this feeling he won't...like maybe 2nd place...but that's just my feeling.

Yes, I absolutely think he will win! He has gained legions of new fans who are swooning over him (and his partnership with Julianne). And, I am overjoyed to see that his short track fan base seems to have stuck by him as well.
He is head and shoulders above his competition in terms of his performances! As a dance aficionado, I would say that even if I weren't already a committed fan pre-DWTS. Dance critics love him, too. We never know how the overall voting will go, but I do believe he will win and I will be doing my part as a voter to support him.
I will admit that I did become briefly concerned after reading a couple of conspiracy theories, but I will not print them here and will put them out of my mind.

I honestly think that Apolo will win because he has shown week after week that he has improved, and he is simply the best. He has the technique, musicality, can deliver the wow factor in a dance routine. He has gained many fans that vote for people because they have shown a growth in their dancing, and Apolo has. Joey's dancing is great, but he is not as technically sound as Apolo. Laila was great in the beginning, but her dancing these past two weeks has become very stagnate that it looks like she did not learn anything but basic dancing.
If Apolo and Julianne bring their A game like they have every week, then I think they will win. Sorry that my explanation is long.

Well I think he ought to win. But I may be simpleminded..but I cannot understand the judging at all...I admit I have not watche dthe show in the past..but I just cannot figure out how they judge.

I think that it will come down to Apolo and Joey.
If the winner is determined by the same combination of fan votes and judges' votes that DWTS has had up until now, then Apolo will absolutely win.
If it just comes down to the judges' vote, I think that the outcome is less certain. Bruno tends to favor Apolo, Carrie Ann tends to favor Joey, and Len I think is up for grabs. I still think that Apolo would win with just the judge's vote, though.

Has anyone else had trouble voting? Please let me know... I can't seem to figure out why Laura can't place a vote. I know the ballot disappears once you've voted, but it should be there until you do.

He has the potential to win it. (lousy spelling) I'm excited to see his dances. It will come close but he has a chance. I think he can and will win.

I think it's a toss up, but more in Apolo's favor than anything.
First, the judges will probably give everyone an awesome score, so it will be in the hands of the fans. After that, it's whoever can get the fans in...
- Laila's got the "girl power" vote, as well as the sport vote that was carrying Clyde through and won it for Emmitt Smith last year (remember, Mario Lopez was a much better dancer and was a whole lot cuter!)
- Joey's got the personality vote and ex-boyband loving vote - however, it's been years since nsync was popular and their fanbase has probably moved on to bigger and better things, like emo or fergie. (did I say "better"? I meant "other crap"). I don't think he'll win, though, because he was in the bottom two a couple weeks ago.
- Apolo's got the "hot new thing" vote - he's a new face to most people, his dances are energetic and his chemistry with his partner is amazing. I think he's a favorite in most people's eyes to win, but it's the votes of Laila's supporters that will make or break it for Apolo.

He will win!! He is most definitely the best dancer by far. He's got the greatest personality as well. I believe he will win it. GO APOLO!!

I think Apolo is going to win because to my knowledge, he's never been at the bottom 2 AND...I think he and Julianne, especially here at the finals, have danced the best.  I especially hope that he does because it'd be a AWESOME thing to win on his birthday, for Christ's sake.  If he does not win, I will be SHOCKED, I tell you. I hope if for some reason he doesn't, that Laila Ali does NOT. That woman is so full of herself, it really bothers me.  Joey deserves it if Apolo does not get it, IMHO! |
