I found another Apolo article. The date at the top of the page says January,2006 but I think she has the date wrong since she talks about the medals Apolo won in Turin. It is a really nice article and...yes he wants to skate in 2010!! www.nwasianweekly.com/20072602/apoloohno.htm

Evie, excellent find! Great article. Interesting tact for Apolo to just drop into the office of the newspaper unannounced. I wonder what he was doing meeting with the businessman mentioned in the article? That same paper wrote an article a while back about him www.nwasianweekly.com/editorial/success.24.13.htmThings that make ya go Hmmmmmmm...

Great article, Evie! I'm confused about the date too... It does talk about his plans for 2007... so I wonder if it really is from 2006 and that other info was background stuff.

So the above mentioned article is posted on Apolo's website ... does that mean it was January of this year?

The apoloantonohno.com web site was updated today to give some news about a quote by Apolo being printed on Starbucks coffee cups. I thought it was interesting.

So, are they in Colorado or Michigan. I'm confused. I'm assuming that they're both back in Colorado, Bella. I wondered out loud on OZ why Apolo was training up north, and Noelle explained that with everyone up in Canada for the two World Cups, there was no one to train with in the Springs. (I'm going to estimate that everyone was up in Canada for about three weeks.) For all I know, Allison may have been training up north as well, although she did travel to one of the WC's. (Montreal?) If I'm remembering correctly, she did at least one training session with the Canadian team while she was there. Apolo was spotted at the sushi restaurant in Denver shortly before Christmas, then home to Seattle for the holiday, and now he's apparently back in C.S. (...and I am really, really hoping that he makes it to Nationals in Cleveland next month. Please, pretty please.) Is it safe to assume that they're seeing each other again? It's not a surprise, really. I figured once he went back to C.S. ... I was glad to hear that he's still wearing those jeans with the rhinestones on the pockets. (I think that the blogger confused sequins with rhinestones.) He wore those at the ROOTS appearance in L.A. I really like those jeans!
