You know that this is the wrong forum to bring up this question, though, because most people here will defend Apolo no matter what, even if he was the suckiest skater ever. I don't think it's that he's the best skater ever that people here are fans of his - I'm pretty sure it's because of his determination, his outlook on the sport and of course, his cuteness. :-P

No, really! -- it's because of his skating. We really did notice the five medals.

The fact that an obscenely handsome and charismatic man won those medals is what put us over the top.
