in you honest opinion, is apolo the best in the world? because i can't help but think ahn is better. i like apolo and all, but ahn hauls ass like no other. I think its okay to express your own opinion, but not here where we all love and adore Apolo. For us, he is pretty perfect. I think this is the time when that saying that my mum once tolme, when you've got nothing nice to say about someone, dont say anything at all, comes in hand. i pretty much like all skaters. I really like the canadians and american ones. So little person, keep your negative thoughts to yourself. I love Apolo no matter wot. |

Ahn is currently a better skater than Apolo. If you look at the last several competitions, including the Olympics, Ahn has a better record.
But if you look at the last 4 years, I think that Ohno comes out on top. He's won more world cups than Ahn.
You know that this is the wrong forum to bring up this question, though, because most people here will defend Apolo no matter what, even if he was the suckiest skater ever. I don't think it's that he's the best skater ever that people here are fans of his - I'm pretty sure it's because of his determination, his outlook on the sport and of course, his cuteness. :-P
If you want something constructive and truthful, go to a short track messageboard, you'll likely get a less biased answer there.
