And now MY personal favorite, BLUE ZONE:
BLUEzone Ingredients:
Calcium is required for muscle contraction, blood vessel expansion and contraction, secretion of hormones and enzymes, and transmitting impulses throughout the nervous system Vitamin B6 Vitamin B12 Pantothenic Acid (Vitamin B5) may improve oxygen utilization efficiency and reduce lactic acid accumulation in athletes (muscle stiffness). Magnesium is used for relief for heartburn, sore stomach, as an antacid, and as a short-term laxative and to improve symptoms of indegestion. Side effects of magnesium oxide include nausea and cramping. Copper helps regulate your good and bad cholesterol levels, improving the health of your heart. Melatonin is a hormone produced by the pineal gland (a light-sensitive organ located in the brain that secretes melatonin only during darkness). Melatonin production begins to decrease by age 20. Melatonin is a remarkable hormone that not only helps with insomnia, it is also a powerful antioxidant and immune booster L-Glutamine Monohydrate helps repair and build muscle and it may also boost your immune system and cure ulcers.
8 Zone Relaxation Proprietary Blend
Valerian Root Extract, Valerian Root Powder: helps relax the central nervous system, promote feelings of calmness, and decrease levels of anxiety to enhance sleep Passion Flower Extract: works by increasing levels of gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) in the brain. GABA lowers the activity of some brain cells, resulting in relaxation. Q-Vida® Quebracho Extract is rich in antioxidants Cruciferol™ 100 Cruciferous Complex protects your body from environmental toxins Hops Flower Concentrate is useful as a sleep inducer, it has antioxidant activity, anti-inflammatory, and potential anti-tumor activity. Hops may also help reduce insulin resistance.

Now that we know what is in it, and what that does for us, I will continue with what difference I noticed. My hand and feet pain are gone! Just like that! I believe it is the Blue Zone that is to blame!!! Another thing I notice immediately is the DEEP sleep I get. Blue Zone doesn't knock me what it does do is takes me into a very deep sleep. I don't remember the last time I have slept this well! I dream again, I wake up after 8 hours refreshed and rearing to go, instead of groggy and still tired! I have more energy through out the day, and I am more patient!
On the note of weight loss benefits, this was just a huge bonus for me, as I have been losing weight just fine the old fashioned way (diet and exercise) and didn't think I needed or wanted any "aid". Well, lets just say that since starting 8 zone, I have to remind myself to eat! I LOVE it because it takes the edge off my cravings or appetite just enough that I have time and clarity to make something healthy or to make a healthy choice. I don't just grab what is accessible...I have time to plan. I still feel hunger, but I no longer feel insatiable! Definitely a perk I wasn't searching for! My list could go on, but all I know is that I am truly grateful for 8Zone and the difference it has made in my life!
Sorry if this is long winded, I am just so excited that I finally found the answer FOR ME!!!

Whew! How many different pills and extracts a day do you have to take to get all this? Too late on the osteoporosis...I broke my wrist skating a few years ago and found out I have osteoporosis, Fossamax is my new best friend... So let's see, do I get 8 Zone or keep paying for my (hopefully unused) long term care policy? Oh wait, the "death panels" will take care of that...I should go for the 8 Zone. (j/k...unlike some) With my husband cutting back at work and both kids unemployed I'm not sure I can spring for this, but I'll read up and keep listening. SusanG SusanG

Seriously! I was taking hand fulls to get JUST the vitamin benefits! Now I take 2 pills 3 times a day!
I am starting to teach Art Classes to kids to fund my (and my husbands) 8 Zone habit! Totally worth it!

Sure, I'd love to give it a try, see how well it works... but right now I just don't have the $$$ for it. Maybe sometime in the future? IDK, we'll see about that.

His commerical is finally up! It is only from the "hotel shoot", so I am betting there is going to be another one of him skating and the Oval shoot! Check it out (it wouldn't let me capture it, so you have to go to the site): official8zone.com/

Sounds like some basic mixed with some new and interesting stuff. Vitamins/Supplements are big business - hope it is successful for Apolo.
My short list of fav supplements is very short and old school - brewer's yeast, wheatgerm, occasionally liver, and a drink mix consisting of 2 parts calcium, 1 part magnesium and 1 part vinegar mixed into a full glass of water.

I am starting my 3rd week of 8 Zone and am really seeing a big difference. I have more energy and, instead of my usual watching Dr Phil & Oprah in the afternoon, I forget they are even on because I am so busy doing other things. The biggest difference is that, even tho I still get hungry, I only need to eat 1/3 of what I used to eat and then am way too full to eat any more (and I'm talking salads, not cheeseburgers). I lost 6 pounds in my first 2 weeks, sleep great, wake up rested and have even started walking 3 miles in the early morning and another 3 miles after working all day. It is very, very pricey and I don't know how long I can continue but I already saved up my money for next month's supply, so will continue at least another month, especially since I still have about 15-20 pounds to lose!!! =-) I think it is a great product and I am hoping I can remain on it long-term.

It -sounds- really beneficial. Better sleeping, better energy...Between us my energy level has been fail-low lately. All this makes me really want to try it, see what its effect is firsthand. Never know =)

Hi all Been waiting a while to get this account approved hehe! So nice to finally be able to talk to some fellow Apolo enthusiasts lol. ;D I've been wanting to try his supplements. I could really use the help. I've got back problems and have been trying to exercise lol. $150 though I wish he'd lower the price. I bet it would make it more accessable to people and he'd probably end up selling more.

Abandoning my lurker status for a moment to bring you this 8zone commercial... I just started my second month of taking this stuff, and I gotta tell you sometimes you just get what you pay for. I have never felt this good overall. Yeah, I'm being better at what I eat, and working out more, but I feel less noshy with 8zone, so that's part of the eating better, and the working out part I'm blaming totally on 8zone because I have the energy to do it! I didn't think I had the money to do more than just "try it", but after just 2 days I knew I needed to rearrange the budget so I could afford to feel this good all the time. So it's being considered in the same category as my maintenance meds. Cause, really, that's what it is. Like I said, an 8zone commercial. I haven't had the weight loss change that others have had (but I'm pretty close to goal weight anyway, so that may be why) but my energy levels are where they have never been before, and I'm finding greater mental focus throughout the work day and energy in the evenings to get in some physical activity. So, working for me! If you can afford to try, you totally owe it to yourself to do so. Back to my lurking ways...
