Does anyone follow Apolo on twitter?

I didn't know where to post this so I am sticking it here, hope that is ok. I am curious about what is going on with Apolo according to his tweets and just wanted to know other opinions. He has been making so many stops since the Olympics, 1 or 2 days per city tops with talks of meetings, readings and speaking engagements. This week has been spent mostly in Philly, other than one stop at a middle school it seems like it is a pleasure visit, no mention of meetings or anything. He just bowed out of the Jeremy Bloom event he was schedule for, siting personal reasons, although from his tweets it sounds like he is not doing much of anything. I have never heard of him cancelling an appearance. Does anyone have a clue as to what is going on. I know Allison Baver is in Philly as well from her tweets and some of theirs seem to indicate they are in the same place at the same time. I have never believed their break-up stories, none of them are consistant and she has indicated the relationship has gone on far longer than he has indicated. One article I read recently said it ended just a few months ago when she broke her leg. I just wanted to get people's thoughts, it just had me wondering. A boring Saturday night here as I guess you have figured, lol. I wouldn't be surprised to hear an engagement announcement soon although they are very private and probably wouldn't make a big announcement. Just curious??? According to his tweets this week, he has seemed "different" from other weeks.

goaao....I was wondering the same thing as you about Apolo in Philly last week. everything was so different about that. He has such a busy schedule and yet it appeared he had nothing to do. It was very strange. And, it is not like Apolo to cancel any thing. There was something real different but i don't know if we will ever know.

Allison was asked point blank if Apolo contacted her while he was in Philly and she replied "that is a negative" Since Apolo and Allison don't even talk anymore I highly doubt his trip to PA had anything to do with her and more to do with the tour that he's doing and visiting his close friend, John Schaeffer, who he considers one of the main reasons he achieve his goals at the Olympics. Why he cancelled the Bloom gig had nothing to do with Allison and more than likely just a decision made by Apolo for personal reasons.

I think it had to do with Schaeffer as well! It seems they are pairing together on the new company of Apolo, so maybe they were working out the kinks?

I was glad to see him breath for a moment! It seems he is just going going going!

aaoaaoaaoaao...........lezhai...................i was not really thinking so much about him and allison but his tweets were very different last week and i really was wondering why he was hanging around Philly. That is not a big town compared to where he likes to go and usually he is rushing off some where. It is not like Apolo to just sit and mosey around. it caught my attention because Philly is only about 25 minutes from where i am and i kept thinking....he is really close by.

I mentioned the Allison thing but changed my mind on that one. Another thing I noticed was, when he did tweet, they were not his usual high engery, positive message tweets like usual. Something just seemed off with him. He sounds back to normal, I hope it was just that he was chilling out and getting some rest.

I think he just needed some rest =) I mean, with all the travel and such he's been doing since before the Olympics, he had to have been worn out.
How he does all that rushing without crashing is beyond me.

i have no clue what he was doing last week but it was really different. i had thought about the "rest" thing also but he would have went to a beach or to Seattle or something like that for a break.....not Philly. if anyone is from philly i do not mean any thing against Philly. it just seems so unlike Apolo to spent a week there for no reason. in fact his tweets sounded like he felt lost. then when he said he went to see friends north of philly it did sound like he may have went to see allison's family or something. i did not think they were back together but i thought maybe he was still friendly with them all. He seems the type that would try to remain friends. as long as all is well with him that is all that matters but he sure was different last week.

is it me or has allison really made a drastic personality change. reading her posts on facebook she just does not sound like the same person.

I find this a really interesting observation, even if it's just speculation. It makes one wonder why he'd stall out in Philly and if he did have some spare time, you think he would have headed back out west. Plus, he was mentioning a couple of his friends he was missing (Julianne was one), it just seemed odd.

But, I'm sure being tired and exhausted had something to do with the general mood of his tweets sounding different!
