Wags, photobucket can't make photos bigger once they are loaded in a certain size, only smaller. EDIT: CHECK THE PM I JUST SENT YOU FIRST...I'LL BET THAT IS THE PROBLEM....(It looks like you may have loaded a thumbnail version of your photos. When you loaded them to your computer and viewed them, were they full size or small like this?) It seems to me some pics Tina Koenig and Chris sent me did this, and I'm trying to remember how I fixed it.... ....mmm, I think I had to put them in a word document and enlarge them if I recall... I think it happened to Lori too, I think she did a 'save as' scenario to solve the issue...(I don't remember...) EDIT: nope, the word document trick didn't work...too low of resolution.

So glad y'all are home safe and sort of sound. cannot wait for all the details. Looks like without you the fan section would be empty. Love the photos and insights. Wags...left you a cell message. Thanks to all of you! I am sure the team really appreciated your devotion. Looking for details on Jeff's injury..anyone?

Joyce isn't a member here, but she sent me the following info - so here's her side of the story, by proxy! (and some pics, too!) I paced myself down to warp speed just for Wags and even pressed the "Out of Towner" key to accommodate her. We all decided that if we were having Sacher torte and apfelstrudel with warm vanilla sauce everyday, there would have to be some adjustments. Paying for that second seat on the plane back was not an option, she already spent that money in Tiffany's. We diverted the money for wireless service towards pastries and our bar bill ( that's why you never heard from us, but we were sure you would all understand). Had Debbie and Wags not spent so much time in the Swarovski stores, we might have made it to Prada. The long walk to one of our cafe's was Cafe Demel ( seen below ). Debbie and I let her have the whole couch to herself when we got there.Lori's note: I gained 10 pounds just posting these pics...

Mari, check out the team champ's thread for a USS update on Jeff - he broke his hand and isn't skating, but is there, cheering the team on!
(Apparently, we're gonna be skating a man short)

OMG I don't know which I desire more, a certain skater or a Viennese apfelstrudel with warm vanilla sauce. Yes, another thought comes to mind but I shall not speak of it. But seriously, thanks Wags, Debbie and Joyce for sharing your amazing adventures and pics with us. Just the tonic I needed! “Beauty is in the eye of the beholder and it may be necessary from time to time to give the stupid beholder a black eye.” Miss Piggy

Hey guys - mtnme has told me how to fix my pics. I'll be working on that for the next few days. I'll let you know when they're ready for re-review. In the meantime I'll be working on Chapter 3.

Were the medals you won for shopping as dinky as the ones the skaters won at the World Championships? Chapter 2: Shopping fun with a native New Yorker - or - Where's the Fire??? I know there's a vast difference between the northern and southern cultures but it never shows itself quite so dramatically as when you go shopping. I never really thought of myself as a shopping amateur, but I can't keep up! When I shop I generally walk at a leisurely pace not at a dead run, I will occasionally stop to peruse the merchandise instead of speeding up in order to make the crosswalk light, and I sometime turn my head from side to side in order to enjoy the window displays instead of catching everything in my peripheral vision. Boy did I learn a thing or two about shopping from Joyce. Poor Debbie was spending all her time looking over her shoulder trying to keep me in sight. At one point in the forced march...uh...I mean afternoon we did get caught at a light and Debbie asked me if I was OK. I explained that I was fine with coming in last. Third place was still on the podium. Anyway...Joyce relented and said we had earned our dessert. But of course the Cafe we were thinking of was on the other side of town. Well by the time I finished crying we were already there. Enough of that. Here's what you're waiting for. A few more shots of warm ups. OK guys. When I tried to blow up the pics I just made them disappear. If you can make them larger please feel free and/or let me know how. Thanks

Thanks for the report, Wags! I also caught Joyce's report on OZ -- very nice. It sounds like you all had a great time, and that the event was well-run.
