I've met Apolo twice. I would say Allison just because she is very fan friendly. If she is not skating she comes out and sits in the stands with the fans. Bridie Farrell did that too. She is also a very sweet person. Most of the skaters are very fan friendly. does inclide or exclude apolo??

Are you asking if Apolo is fan friendly? He was to me and like I said I had only seen him one time when he wasn't and I didn't blame him for being cold to those fans. They were stalking him and they went over the line in my opinion.

It was after Nationals in Milwaukee. Some fans had people posted at different areas outside of the arena waiting for Apolo to come out. He slipped out the side door and offered to help Shani's mom put some stuff in her car. He was on his way to his car when these fans stopped him. I was waiting for a ride so I saw what happened. I know people get upset when I say he was cold but that is the only way to describe how he was.
In his defense, I consider him open game if he is still in the arena. Once he leaves the arena to go back to the hotel I consider that his personal time. These fans that stopped him are at every event, think they have to have face time with him at every event, have their picture taken with him at every event and even waited up til 4 a.m. in the lobby of the skaters hotel in Madison just to talk to him before the team left for the WC in Canada. In my opinion that is crossing the line. I don't blame him at all for being cool to these people. That's the only time I've seen him like that. The other times I've been around him he has been nothing but great to the fans.

He was probably exhausted and pushed to the limits of human endurance. He's allowed.
I'm glad to hear that about the other skaters. I'm hoping to make it to at least one ST event ths year.

If a skater were "thingy and ass" to me, I'd just "thingy and ass" him right back. Yeah, that'd show him. (BTW, does it require special equipment or can I make appropriate substituions?)

To be honest, I would love to see Apolo skating. I would love to see him live, but I'd just be terrified to see him in front of me. I would really not like that. I think that If I ever saw him come my way, I just turn around and go the other way. I think I'd simply fall to my knees if he were in front of me. i don't want to make a wally out of me. i think I'm just fine with seeing him from afar

"Thingy and ass," eh? That's your answer for everything! You don't need special equipment, silly. You just need a parked car.
