Happy New Year! The Rocker Fund is entering into 2009 with our 10th skater.
Meet Chris McLaughlin
As we head into another year, I would like to take this opportunity to thank not only all the skaters who have taken this leap of faith and participated in this endeavor, but more importantly, to all of you who have donated to all these wonderful athletes.
Many of you have come to competitions and met some of these skaters, and you know how hard they work and how exciting it is to watch them do what they do.
As we coundown the final year heading into the 2010 Olympics, please remember all these wonderful athletes that aspire to such lofty goals. With economic times as hard as they are, I know it is increasingly difficult to find money for philanthropic endeavors. But hopefully you can find a few dollars in your budgets to send their way to help them fulfill their dreams.
We would like to take this opportunity to say Thank You on behalf of the skaters for all your support during the past year.
